No help whatsoever . I’ve asked for the pharmacy first serve ice they advertise but I was told the room is occupied and to come back later. I could barely walk and almost fainted, so if you are unwell I wouldn’t recommend. I was told to shop around for another pharmacy. Also their prices are higher than other places. Avoid!
It’s like a bit of a gamble on who you’ll get to help you out. You could end up with someone who’s absolutely amazing and goes above and beyond, or you could end up with someone who’s a bit of a grump and gives you a hard time. Having the worst GP practice next door definitely makes them look better in comparison, don’t you think?
i’ve been a patient here for years and since the switch in management i am delighted to say that my monthly prescriptions are still delivered on time.. i know that i can always talk to them if i have a medication query and they will always help me!!
The waiting time for them to pick up a simple prescription for you is ridiculous! (Even worse when there are multiple customers in the queue...) Use any other pharmacy where they value your time

Gosh if I could give this pharmacy 0 starts. Staff are rude and so incredibly slow!
Booked a PCR test for 79 pounds. When booking, I indicated that I need a paper original of the test certificate. They promised me to hand him over. When I came to receive it, I was told that I had to pay another 5 pounds for the paper certificate. Also, I have not received any receipts for their services. For their services, they did not allow me to pay by card and told me to transfer money directly to their account. Avoid them!
