Absolutely terrible customer service, I can into this chemist no warm welcome just wanted to know what I need. I did ask and was told No with the assistance still sitting down on his chair. Never again!!!!
What an absolute perfection of customer service and outstanding Nepalese pharmacist/dispensers and they have best phlebotomy service as-well will recommend anyone from welling community
I'm not impressed with this Pharmacy. When I collected my prescription last week, I asked I I could sign up to the NHS Prepaid Prescription Certificate scheme there and then. The Pharmacist told me that I couldn't and that I would need to do this online. As I needed my Meds there and then, I paid the £9.90 cost. I now discover that not only, should they be able to sign me up but they could have also given me a form that I could have backdated the certificate with, to get a refund for that payment. I have tried calling them many times but they don't answer. Thanks for giving me incorrect advise and wasting my money!
It was a terrible experience I had choosing neem tree pharmacy to pick up my prescriptions. I just moved into the area. They promise to call if prescriptions are not in stock but they don't. When I call them they don't respond to their call, sometimes the phone rings twice or more and they cut it off. I went into the phamacy and ask one of them why my calls are being ignored or cut off, the next thing he told me was that he have no time to pick up call. He was so rude and he also said you can go to another pharmacy you add nothing to me. This is unprofessional and against the law and policies of how to treat customers. I am so disappointed about their service. I was a shocking experience.
Absolutely terrible. The pharmacist at the till we’re just sitting and talking instead of doing they’re job. One of the man was just coughing all over the prescription and till, it was absolutely disgusting whilst also eating his chips. It took them over 10 mins to get my prescription ready I couldn’t pick them up so someone else had to pick it up for me because of how slow and irresponsible they were. Will never come here again, don’t recommend for anyone. Absolutely rude pharmacists.
