   Well what can I say about this great little chemist. Mr Patel is a lovely gentleman. And the staff are fantastic. There's one Saturday girl there with red hair and glasses that is so polite and friendly. Keep up the good work

   I can only agree with some of the reviews on here the customer service is appalling and they don't know how to speak to people at all, been in here a few times now the pharmacist is very abrupt and talks down to you. Also the blonde lady who works with him is equally as rude as him won't be going there in the future.

   Low level of customer care, staff frequently abrupt and impolite.It seems that the proprietor sees himself as only answerable to NHS. The website is not fit for purpose There are blank fields instead of important information. The site does not deliver according to expectations Medicine often not delivered during 4 day period Emails go straight to their junk mail which is never their fault. They have upgraded their website to allow easier password reset but prescription requests are still not received and not available on time. Mr Patel and I have ceased our interaction on angry terms wherein he put the phone down on me repeatedly after I mentioned my name.when I persisted and he finally answered my calls I feel that he attempted to gaslight me in an angry and bullying manner

   The chemist is rude and no one in there knows how to speak to customers. I am constantly being belittled every time I go there. The guy that owns the place is appaulingly rude and the blonde woman obvioulsy couldn't care less if she worked there or not. Every time I have been (Over the last 15 years living in Sidcup) they have a problem with something and it's always someone elses fault. The way they mess you about when you're ill and they don't care because it's not a visible illness is disgusting. I went in there today for the last time to pick up a prescription that had been ordered by my doctor the day prior, it wasn't there so I went back down to the doctors at Marlborough Park and let them know their systems were down so she printed me something out to hand to the chemist. I went back up to Olins and he said "this is a token" as if I'm supposed to know what that means. So I said can I take it elsewhere then and miraculously he takes the token off of me and gives me my prescription. Absolutely laughably rude people that work there genuinely hold back my laughter sometimes when they talk down to people. Will be going elsewhere from now on.

   I visited on Tuesday 24th May 2016 at about 1015. The front of house attendant was looking for a bag of drugs for an elderly lady and did not acknowledge my presence. no eye contact but just carried on doing what she was doing. Eventually after 10 minutes the elderly lady suggested she attend to me but I was still ignored. Eventually she (without even looking at me or saying anything) grabbed the form from my hand - at that point I said a very loud THANK YOU and *finally* she looked at me (no idea whether she realised the point I was making or not). I was in there about 20 minutes 75% of the time being ignored. It's been a long time since I have had such bad customer service and needless to say, I did not sign your petition. Workers like that deserve to lose their jobs, there is simply no excuse for not saying a simple good morning, I will be with you shortly....
