I visited Grace for the 1st time today to have my right ear for microsuction. She was so lovely. And she was brilliant, and made me feel so much at ease and gentle. The lady that first saw me when i walked in made me feel very welcome too..We were able to park right outside Hayshine Pharmacy which allows you 2 hours parking as well. Had my first experience with microsuction ear wax removal today, all the Staff at Hayshine Surgery are very welcoming and professional, my appointment occurred on time which is a rarity these days. The microsuction procedure carried out by Grace was pain free and almost miraculous in its results. In no time at all I could hear clearly again, thank you to all at Hayshine.
