   If i could give ZERO stars i would! this pharmacy is the worst you'll ever come across! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! (Trip 1) 2 Weeks after your Prescription goes in they send you a text saying " ready to be collected" get there, queue up & then told they haven't got it! (Trip 9,809) Go there with the prescription in hand.. queue up, wait 15-20mins, only to be told they don't have it in stock & haven't for a few weeks! but staring you dead in the face BEHIND the counter is your prescription sitting on the shelf! yet they haven't got it in stock :| unless u point it out to them! TOTAL USELESS & SOME RUDE STAFF!! (Not All)

   High staff turnover means they are unable to implement a process. Your prescription is sent over by the GP and they are supposed to get it ready for you to collect. When you get there days later they haven't even downloaded it! They mark the prescription complete even though there are items outstanding and we had to wait over a month for a product that they actually had but failed to look.

1. Just Facts ★★★★★

   Busy chemist, but the staff are always there to help. I have been using the chemist since 2011 and all I can say is kudos to the staff. As a doctor, private prescriptions are more expensive than the average chemist. This is the only negative factor.

   My previous experience ..it took 40 mins to get my prescription Yesterday...the pharmacist rocked up at 9.15ll. No apology. No acknowledgement Rubbish customer service with bad attitude A really bad attitude. I was there for an hour! With attitude ! Youare providing a service ! We are not there for your benefit! 2 members of staff were so friendly and helpful. l was so angry. Another hour of my life that I will never get back. In the 1st 4 customers.....3 had a problem!!!!

   By far the worst pharmacy I've used. They regularly don't have all my medication and it takes days to order in. Items are often missed, prescriptions are never ready to collect despite being sat with them for over a week. I've often run out of medication despite giving sufficient notice for my prescription to be prepared. I've only used them this long for the convenience - save yourself thr hassle and go somewhere else. Staff are fairly friendly though.

   Turned up at 10 minutes before their dinner break, shutter fully down spoke to girl when I got her attention! from the side of the shutter near the till, said she was on her dinner break, i said it's in another 10 minutes she shrugged her shoulders and carried on eating here roll bad attitude, anyway if there's more than two workers why close it down when the workers can integrate with their lunch times, simple really
