Im confused as to why they have a phone if its not used? I understand it can be a distraction but it's not ideal for patients who are unwell and need to find out if the meds are there without continuas wasted journeys. The fact you cant contact the pharmacy in anyway is very inconvenient.

I can't say enough about the incredible service I received from Meera at Worthcare. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel valued and truly cared for. I was struggling to find a specific medication, and Meera not only took the time to locate it but also ensured I understood how to use it properly. They even followed up later to see how I was doing Their professionalism, kindness, and dedication to patient care are unmatched. Went to the doctors surgery on Monday this week. Saw a clinical pharmacist. At the end of the consultation, the clinical pharmacist made a change to my prescription. She left me for a few minutes and went to speak to a doctor to get his approval, to the changes to my prescription. After a few minutes she came back and told me, the doctor has approved the change and prescription would be ready for collection in around 10 minutes. I said I could collect prescription the following day. She said it will take 10 minutes and you can collect it and leave. The time was 3:50pm. I waited till 4:10pm, and went to the till at the Pharmacy and asked if the prescription was ready. Your staff checked on the computer and told me nothing had come over for me yet. Your member of staff kept the computer open, so if my prescription came over, it could be made up straight away. At 4:30pm I told your staff, I was going to leave and collect the prescription another day. Your staff told me to check with the doctor's reception, to see if my prescription was ready. I went to the doctor's reception. The receptionist told me, my prescription had not yet been authorised, and it could take 5 minutes or longer. The time was now 4:40pm, I told the doctor's receptionist. "At 3:50pm a Clinical pharmacist had spoken to a doctor, and the doctor had given the prescription their approval. so why should it take almost an hour to authorise the prescription". The receptionist went away for a couple of minutes and came back and told the prescription was now authorised. I asked her why did it so long, and all the receptionist would say is "it's ready now". I went back to the Pharmacy, and prescription was ready for collection in a few minutes. While I was waiting for the prescription for almost an hour, your 2 members of staff who were working that day, were always polite and helpful to me, they kept checking on the computer to see if my prescription had come over, and they also told me to go and check if my prescription was ready with the doctor's reception. If it wasn't for your staff help, I wouldn't have got my prescription that day. It's shame that some of the other staff in the health centre are not as helpful as your staff. Thanks again to you and all your staff for good service over the years.

Extremely poor service I received today. Went there to have travel vaccination after filling the form they say they couldn't do it as they were Extremely busy. My husband pledged for him to do it as his mum passed away and need them to travel. He needed as soon as possible to make it in time to the funeral, to my surprise the answer he gave my husband was... you can go to as many funeral you want but, I cant do it today. My husband then said :I can not go without them is there anything you can do, then he proceed to say you can travel wherever you want,I can not do them. Disgraceful attitude, no consideration what so ever with another human been. That's fine you are busy I got it, but my husband did not said nothing bad or rude to you for you to give that answer back to him. Cero sympathy for someone else pain. Shocking.

I normally don’t spend my time to leave reviews:( I contacted Gallions Reach Health Centre in a morning, simply to get some advice even over a phone. After receptionist asked few questions about health complain, I was offered to see doctor on a same day at 3pm. I saw a doctor and was referred to do general blood test. Last one I had in 2017. I used an app to book blood test. It was easy and quick. I cannot thank enough my GP surgery. I know what difficulties NHS facing now, but my personal experience can only show, how hard and loyal system work for us when we needed. Thank you to all team for they hard work and dedication.
