   Unprofessional staff with no sense of queue management. I arrived at the pharmacy before 10 other people, yet they were served while I was left waiting. When I questioned this, the staff claimed that online doctor prescriptions take longer. However, the real issue was that the receptionist was a trainee pharmacist, and the rest of the staff showed little respect for patients. Poor service—would not recommend

   Today I called 111 they send referral to this pharmacy britannia pharmacy thames view. They said they will examine my son I have to take my son with me but lady in the pharmacy was rubbish they didn't even look at my son, I ask them if they can check his temperature she said we do not have thermometer what a rubbish if you do not have equipment to examine someone why u guys are accepting referral. Such a rubbish service do not go there if someone ask you to go. I want to give half star but there is no option...

   I have been a customer of the pharmacy for over 10 years and I always have words of grateful and thankful for the service. However today I have to experience one of the most awful situations I have ever had to experience. One of the girls who always serve the custmores, and she is probably the most polite and nice staff I have ever encounter in the pharmacy, she have suffer from a terrible abusive from another staff member, she was very visible upset to the point of crying and the other person was keeeping a very agresive moment. Everything started when this lovely girl ask politely to the other member if she could please speak in english and it was customers presents, but this person was keep ignoring the request. The girl have to ask several time very politely to please speak in english as it's rude to the customers. At the end the situation end really bad and in a very agressive verbal abuse. I can't understand how this it's allow. I'm an inmigrant, but when I'm at work I speak in English, is a matter of respect to everyone not just because. Extremely dissapointed with the way the pharmacy works and treats his own staff. I would not go there anymore. Being unrespectful to the customers and to his own staff is absolutely unacceptable.

   Guys careful when you buy medicines from here. On shelf it is different price, when you pay to the till it is different price. Told me they didn't change the price from head office. This is not excuse, they need to get a big fine for this. This is not right what happens in there. Basically yoy pay more money then normal price.

   An improvement on serving the people faster but efficient needs to be look into. A system which makes a 15 minutes wait to just 7 minutes. I do thank you for the people in Britannia for being professional and explaining clearly that notes.
