   Last week I call to the GP several times for inhala request. But I could not arrange. And then I call emergency services for inhala. They give me repeat prescription to this pharmacy, but the pharmacy make me really shocked, pharmacy did not give me inhala. The guy told me without GP involved they cannot give when I am using the same inhaler. I was really shocked like why I called emergency service for.? I find out the pharmacy person, Whoever called me have lack of humour. The guy should know why we call to the emergency service. I can not survive without my inhaler, not even a moment if I need it. My life not a joke. This is not possible for me to give this pharmacy a zero start. Higher authority of this pharmacy should consenterate what's going on inside.

   Today l had my nose piercing at this pharmacy and l chose her after reading her reviews and honestly speaking she done a fabulous job. And she is such a sweetheart like l was so scared but she handle me so patiently. And it was not painful as l was thinking it will be. Big thanks to the staff they are great and l will definitely recommend to everyone that chose them for piercing.❤️❤️❤️

   Customer service was good from two girls at the counter but we bought a product I wouldn’t classify as medication they didn’t refund it as my wife was offered the wrong product by the people on the first place. I wouldn’t recommend to train the people who work at the place so they can offer the customer the right products and medication.

They provide so many services like Travel vaccinations, Blood pressure checks, general health checks, delivery service. I also have got my flu jab done there and I was very satisfied with their service.

   Staff usually very nice and friendly, often very helpful as well. But it feels like more effective management is needed. Only front staff seems to care that people are waiting - at the back dispatch team is leaving their best lives, absolutely not caring that people are waiting when they will finish dealing with their personal businesses and find moment to release prescriptions to customers. Frustrating every time.
