   Really rude and appalling customer service! I was stood in front of the pharmacy waiting for it to open after 8:30, which is their official opening time. Two members of staff came in and simply closed the shutters in front of me, leaving me to wait there without any explanation of how long it would take for them to open. When I raised the question the woman was extremely rude and simply told me they can’t serve me without a pharmacist in. I would avoid this place in the future.

   I came to get the prescription. Was told to come back in 15 mins which I happily did after shopping at Nisa. Prescription was ready, I paid for it and a man looked at me and wished me good health. It touched my heart because I was feeling unwell for several weeks and to hear some nice words from a stranger in a busy environment was so nice. I wish more people would have good heart like him ❤️

   Very poor service. Never answer the phone and I have made two visits for a 10 days old prescription to collect my medicines but no clear answer when it will be ready to collect. I will not use this place ever again.

   Very friendly they go the extra mile very personable. It's always busy which I guess is a sign that people have trust in this Pharmacy as there is another competitor just 4/5 doors away but people seem to prefer it here. 4* is for long wait times otherwise would have been 5

   Poor service. The phone is either never answered or left on ring for ages. If they do pick up, they give no clear answer as to whether your prescription is ready. This forces you to trek down to the pharmacy to find out. When you ask, you're almost always told it'll be an hour (forcing you to come back later) or that the pharmacist is on break. Which is extremely odd because this excuse is offered regardless how long it's been since you ordered the prescription. No proper explanation is to why the phones aren't pick up. System frequently 'goes down'. When I pressed the pharmacy about why I'm being made to wait an hour for a week old prescription the receptionist went back to 'check' and lo and behold the prescription was already they were just stalling me for other reasons. Will not be coming here again

   Time theives. Constantly tell you its 20 minutes and have you standing there an hour. Will have you coming back for part of a prescription that they have, just can't be bothered to look for. 5 stars for the gaslighting 1 star for the system or staff or both they need to have in place.

   You should easily expect half an hour wait for a single common prescription in fact they will tell you 5 minutes. There is no order you will see people coming after you is served before you. I would suggest try use boots pharmacy few doors ahead, they are far better than these Lloyd’s people.
