   I have actually experienced a very positive trip to the limes pharmacy. My prescription was sent to wrong email address by my dentist so I expected a huge delay in getting the very essential antibiotic especially being a Friday I never thought I would be able to walk out of the pharmacy with medicine. Luckily Karen was so kind and sorted it out in no time. Great work from her.

   I like the staff. They are friendly and make you feel welcome especially Karen. The problem is there are never enough. The hours are very inconvenient because of this... Seems to be shut for an hour during lunch, certainly not open weekends; even when they are open, the staff are run off their feet such that the phone often rings for 1-2 minutes before ringing off or as often taken off the hook when they are busy. In fact, I cannot remember a time in the last 3 years when I have managed to get through without multiple (4+) telephonic attempts. Prescriptions are often not available and have to be ordered which can add a couple of days after the prescription arrives 48 hours after requesting from your GP. If this happens on a Thursday or Friday (or even late Wednesday afternoon) you are up a certain creek without a paddle because your prescription has been lodged there, the delivery doesn't make it there before the Friday (or they fail to let you know about it's arrival) and they are then closed for the weekend. Your best alternative frankly is to use one of the three or four other pharmacies on the high street.

   Awful service. Prescriptions went accidentally to them, so have been trying to call them to release it - for over a hour with no answer!! Stuck at my own pharmacy and nothing can be done. Imagine I’ll need to drive all the way there to get this resolved. Awful.

   If i could give all blank stars I would. Every time I would come to pick up meds, either not ready or given wrong dosage on Quetiapine meds,, nearly every time. If you ring them, you will never and I repeat never you will boot get an answer. So on this day i again had to drive down to Well in Epping. I spoke to a young man again I had to tell them the Quetiapine was not correct in dosage, I did state to him nobody answers the phone there, then this chemist from the back got involved and was blunt and rude, I told her i was talking to the young man and I asked her to take it down a notch, she refused me my meds and I was told to go elsewhere!!!! I'm now with Rosewood and it's a breath of fresh air. They answer their phones, always have stock and always present me with the right dosage. Bearing on mind I've been with them for 20 years. Brutal service

   Absolutely love this pharmacy, the staff are incredible, always make you feel at ease, and always get any problem sorted, thank you to you all, great work, the lady always remembers every1 name, she is amazing, great work guys 10/10 from me xx

   Had my disability status questioned by a woman behind the counter. Just because I dont look disabled dosnt mean I ain't. telling me delivery is only for those who need it. I NEED IT. I literally had to drag a friend from work so he could help me even get out my house.... They dont answer the phone. Was calling for 15 minutes nothing. Then out of nowhere it just hangs up. Terrible. Also how the flying hell do you have a line busy when you DONT ANSWER THE PHONE AND LET IT RING FOR AGES. PATHETIC.

   I was prescribed the wrong medication, paid for it tried to return it as it was useless to me - I was forced to buy the correct medication and refused a refund on the miss sold one - disgusted

   Terrible service. Counter assistant rude and kept asking for my name although I told her it several times and she had my prescription infront of her. Pharmacist ignores you even if you're at the counter. He made my prescription up first time round and just left it in the basket. It would have taken him 10 second to hand out but instead it sat in a basket even though i had a newborn baby with me. Was prescribed the wrong dose of antibiotics and asked if they could reach out to the prescriber for me as they are literally next to them in same building. They refused and got me to sort it out myself. Will revert back to my old pharmacy.

   Rude and disrespectful receptionist who deems herself to be medically qualified to decide who and if you see anyone at her whim! My daughter was told by one of the doctors to speak to her directly 3 days after a diagnosis but on calling the surgery this jobsworth refused to allow her to do so. Latest example of a thoroughly useless practice whose existence is predicated on doing the least amount of work possible.

   Awful service, terrible attitudes. There's one woman that is professional and nice, that's about it. Have sat there waiting for ages while they loudly chat about customers - names, addresses, medications, conditions. No concern for data protection. Got to hear their not very flattering opinions on several customers too. One day we went in and had to stand there while the guy who appears to be in charge (ha) was stood at the counter shouting into his mobile phone about his plans for that evening. The phone etiquette (when it is finally answered) is non-existent. I have had it answered with an annoyed "What?" "Yeah?" and the most common is a sigh and then a bored/annoyed hello. Medication takes a week from ordering. I generally end up picking it up on the day we run out, if I order it earlier, sometimes items will be missing as it will have been flagged up as too early. I dread having to deal with them every month.
