Disgusting service. GP advised for my mum to have a covid jab due to her having a low immune system, under active thyroid plus arthirtis. The man was very rude and abrupt and made my mum feel very uncomfortable and was belittling her.
This is a busy pharmacy with enough very pleasant saff to cope. There are seats for you if you want to wait for your prescription to be dispensed. Extremely polite pharmacist whichever one is working that particular day. We're very fortunate to have everything we need in Hextable.
If I could give no stars that would be more appropriate. I agree with another guy that yes the pharmacist is ok but does speak over you. As for some staff oh my goodness where do I start. Rude, unhelpful, condescending, don't answer the phone, says your prescription isn't ready when it clearly is. They love to talk over you then scream like little girls to boss man. The driver is also mouthy and has a very high opinion of herself. Yes I can go back, No I won't go back. In the words of Edina in Absolutely Fabulous, " Drop the attitude love, you only work in a shop" That's no hate to shop staff or any way derogatory to anyone. But this bunch is something else, not in a good way. A pleasure to leave.
I've always received excellent service from all the staff, especially the owner, who is always very helpful. I get medication for my dog there and his prices are better than I can get online and I don't have to wait for delivery. The Pharmacy is by far, the best I've ever been to.
Don’t listen had to get my daughter antibiotics today as I’m working for the next couple of days they only has 100ml she needed 400ml. Made the 100ml up didn’t tell me that’s all they could give then refused to take it back or give my prescription back. It was either go back to doctors or have a full on argument in the shop. Doctors listened and sorted my problem 3 on 1 is never a nice feeling but got what I wanted. They also lied and said they pre told me after having a sick child for two days was not in the mood for incompetence.

I just want to say a massive thank you as you helped in an emergency situation to get mums docket boxes done with her life sustaining medication when the usual pharmacy was unable to do even after raising awareness for 4 days that it was needed today following her discharge from hospital. Highly recommend this practice. So kind to me too as I was in such a heightened state of anxiety because the medication is critical for my very unwell mum.

As boots were closing i wanted dossets to go to Well pharmacy as Swanley had a bad rep. Well left it 8 days, when brothers meds were due, to tell me that they weren't taking anymore dossets on, so on the day that his meds were due I went to well to pick them up out of Dosset. I was passed back and forth between Well and Boots several times to eventually be told that the prescription was actually with Village Pharamcy. WHAT A BREATH OF FRESH AIR VILLAGE PHARMACY ARE!!!. Nothing was too difficult. Even to the point of the Pharmacist putting the meds in dosset boxes for me before they closed at one today. When I got into the pharmacy itself the reception was warm and personal. A very friendly, helpful and welcoming vibe. If you need to find a pharmacy or change from your existing, LOOK NO FURTHER. I highly recommend VILLAGE PHARMACY in Hextable. Top of the class.
