   I went to Broadway pharmacy just before closing time on 4th December to get some emergency medication only to find out GP had not authorised this. The team worked incredibly hard and stayed behind extra time after work to make sure I still got the medication required. I cannot thank the team enough for the effort they put in that day for me. It was above and beyond any customer service I have ever received. Huge thank you to Georgina and staff Sheetal and Nila. I am ever so grateful for your help and service.

   I’ve used this pharmacy for about 18 months, but the service has declined so badly that I won’t be returning. What was once reliable is now chaotic, disorganised and unprofessional. The place appears to be staffed almost entirely by very young, inexperienced workers with little supervision. Staff shout across the counter, pass tasks between each other, and no one seems to know what they’re doing. Communication with customers is extremely poor, and basic questions rarely get a straight answer. Prescriptions “not arriving” or “not being received” has become a regular excuse. Recently I attended for a pre-booked COVID vaccination. The first staff member had no idea what I was talking about. I was told to wait. Another patient was seen and left. Then… nothing. No update, no acknowledgement, no explanation. Just a group of customers standing there wondering what on earth was going on. It was genuinely shocking. This pharmacy has gone seriously downhill. Medication is too important to be handled in this level of disarray. I highly, highly do not recommend this place. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else.

We have had 2 consultations with her recently and during both she was professional, helpful, extremely knowledgable and good humoured. She put our minds at rest regarding the courses of treatment my daughter needed. Thank you so much Pheobe.

   Think there's been a change of staff lately or something. Used to find it so helpful especially the pharmacist, but now a particularly rude member of staff, doesn't let you finish speaking, blames other staff, aggressive tone of voice. Changed pharmacy now.

   Must have been a change of staff recently as I always found this pharmacy friendly and efficient! But one particular member of staff needs to learn to be respectful towards customers and curb her rudeness! Not too mention making unfounded assumptions! Changed pharmacies, manners cost nothing!

   I had appointment with Nishma this morning to have an Antigen test for my holiday. Service by the staff on arrival was good. Nishma was excellent, we were having wonderful chats together while waiting for results of test. My test was negative. I will gladly go back and repeat the process in the future. Highly recommended.    Totally awful pharmacy. Every time my Dr's send over a prescription they deny they received it or they take over a week to get ready or they don't give you right dose of medication. This place needs new management or shutting down. It can one day cause someone some serious health issues.
