   I have been to Erith Urgent Care today....Bank Holiday Monday.... and I was given a prescription I needed to get ASAP. I rang round all the local Pharmacies and they were closed. I then rang Crooklog Pharmacy Broadway Bexleyheath and someone answered. I told him about my prescription and he said we are closed but they can do it for me. So, I just wanted to let you all know how helpful and efficient they are and I will now not be going anywhere else in future! Thank you so much. I have started using my items already!

   Friendly helpful staff. Always welcoming. Very polite. Had flu jab yesterday amazing didn't even know I'd had it done. If they don't have what you want they will try to order for you. Used chemist for a long time never any problems.

   Charged £28 for x2 items on one prescription, they told me it was because I had a private dentist appointment, but when looking into this I found this: private prescriptions cost less than the NHS prescription charge. With an NHS prescription you pay an NHS prescription charge per item (a fixed tax) unless you are entitled to free NHS prescriptions. Avoid at all costs, out to get your money, do not care about your well being!!! Scammers!

   I had the flu jab done yesterday by Farad (Ferrari) and I usually absolutely hate needles I always feel them and it always hurts. Well yesterday was the first time ever that it didn't hurt, not only that but I actually had to ask if he had finished! Honestly amazed! Will definitely get it done there next year! Thank you very much!

   I have used the crook log chemist for many years. They have always been helpful. They always go above and beyond to help you. I went in yesterday to pick up my prescription and asked about the flu vaccine and they did it there and then for me it wasn’t a problem. I didn’t even know that he had done it very pleased. So if you are due your vaccine or have any questions please pop in and talk to them.

   I have used this chemist and their Bourne Rd to be for over 30 years. They have always gone above and beyond to help. I cannot thank them enough, for always finding the time to help me out, whether it’s arranging my prescriptions, getting them to me if I’m really stuck, to helping out with medical concerns for myself or my children. And they STILL-managed to do all this through the pandemic. And I had to listen to the unwarranted comments to the staff from customers that were getting fed up with waiting, all because they refuse to make any customer feel rushed! They all work so, so hard, yet always have a smile and willing to give you all their time. They are completely undervalued. You deserve this 5 * review! Caroline x
