Honestly the female pharmacist at this place is rotten! How dare you tell me how to parent my child and state about safeguarding! My child is autistic & I am allowed to be firm while in the shop especially when my child is touching your stock and I'm telling him not to as I don't want to pay for it! Boots sort your staff out and teach them not to judge a situation they know nothing about! Disgusting behaviour!

A special thankyou to Jane and the manager at the Bexleyheath branch. I asked for My Way Intense and only realised when I got home that it was the original, I immediately went back and spoke to Jane, she explained to me that as the plastic wrap has been taken off that I may not be able to exchange and I understood this but just didnt not realise at the time. Jane spoke to the manager who said on this occasion they would allow it as the young girl who served me was quite new. I ended up getting the bigger bottle as it was only 20p more but they did not sell the intense version in the 30ml. I am so greatful Jane's help and the Manager and not bestowing the stereotype onto me that I was just trying to pull the wool over their eyes and using your discretion in good faith. Thankyou so much. Have a lovely Christmas.

Terrible experience. I had to wait over 15 minutes to be served and then the lady that served me was very dismissive and rude. I spoke to the manager and there was no attempt to resolve my issue.

Had a horrible experience with the pharmacist. Went to get a chicken pox vaccination for my boy, and the pharmacist said that she can only do if he is happy taking it. What 3 year boy will be happy to take injection? She was in a hurry and just wanted her shift to end. Please notify all this crap while booking so that people dont waste thier time at Boots

Visiting the pharmacy has always been a easy and pleasant experience. Not being used to how the chemist process works, I've always been looked after and walk out with my correct prescription. Not only that, they offer a service to remind me to order my repeats and let me know when they are ready. I today visited the fragrance section and despite there being only a few staff on the floor (it was close to closing) a lovely helping assistant came over and served me. It was nice to be served by a friendly member of staff who genuinely was pleasant. Not something you see nowadays. Overall to this day, I have always had a great experience in Boots. Thank you for looking after me
