Tried to get an emergency supply of tablets and although it said on 111 website that it's the Pharmacists responsibility to get hold of medication if they don't hold it in stock he flat refused. Absolutely disgraceful and dangerous!!
My partner was treated awfully here which I witnessed. Awful pharmacy no customer service skills at all and by the reviews left and the managements responses they clearly are in denial of their behaviour!
Avoid this pharmacy at all costs. Middle aged Woman behind the counter who serves is the most rude person I’ve ever encountered. In the space of 10 minutes I practically witnessed her speak down to around 2 other customers as well as myself one being quite severely disabled. Should not be working in such an establishment.
The staff in here are obnoxious, slow and rude. Only come in here if I am really desperate. The podgy looking lady with the glasses is particularly awful. Very unbecoming of a pharmacy which should have courtesy at the forefront of their business model and patient care. Half the time they don't answer the phone either. Just awful throughout. No doubt the owner will come back with some rubbish nonsense reply. I think the reviews speak for themselves.
Email Mon 17:24 to confirm Praise had received my prescription, popped in Tue just to confirm all 6 items had been sent over & were in stock. It was already made up & was able to take it away with me. Well done Guys & Girls keep up the great service. CW

Phoned up for advice on eye drops for my 3 year old who has conjunctivitis…was told mid conversation she’s got to go as there’s a customer. So rude and especially when it’s regarding a child.
This morning I went to Praise Pharmacy for my flu jab. I was nervous because I dread injections. However I needn't have worried because it was a good experience. Very quickly done and didn't feel a thing. Always feel as though I am being looked after here. Thank you.
I dread going in there because I know what to expect, the staff will be rude and arrogant I don’t understand how the pharmacist hasn’t realised, and spoken to them about their attitude. Today I’m changing my pharmacy. didn’t want to award a star but it’s the only way to leave a posting.
Nothing to 'praise' here. Supposedly a DPD courier drop off point. But although the DPD maximum parcel weight is 20kg, they will refuse to take anything larger than an A5 padded envelope or a cardboard box one third the size of a shoebox (the examples they showed me) because of "health and safety". Never mind that you have paid good money for a local drop off; they insist you drive several miles to the nearest depot instead. Fortunately, in my case, they had no choice but to take the parcels. But I then had to endure the two elderly female assistants moaning at the tops of their voices the whole time, and blatantly lying by claiming the DPD driver might very well refuse to take the parcels the next day. Well done, ladies! It must take decades of practice to become that workshy and obnoxious...
