   I would like to praise our community pharmacist for the care and service I received today. I went in looking for ear drops and the pharmacist enquired on my symptons and offered to look inside my ears. He noticed a build up of wax and immediately offered to remove the wax there and then. No appointment was needed. He was very professional and explained the procedure to me. My hearing has improved significantly now and I am able to hear properly in my left ear. I was happy to know that my right ear did not have any problem. I would like to thank the pharmacist for his excellent service dealing with a problem that was obviously there for a long time without me knowing. I will certainly visit again in the future if and when the need arises.
