   Excellent service from a very friendly staff have used this pharmacy for over 25 years and they are always very good especially for my family as they know and join together all the dots between my family. The head lady Kay is always very efficient plus extremely good and always provides a thorough understanding and service.

   Very friendly staff. Apart from one pharmacist. The blonde lady with glasses and boss eyes is very rude and condescending. She embarrassed me in front of other people in the pharmacy. I've reported her too the pharmacist council she really needs too learn people skills.

   Very very upset My brother took my mother in this morning for her Covid jab which I booked online previously my mother has been to this pharmacy and tha have been excellent but today it was awful they were treated. My brother got there a bit early and did request if he could be seen sooner but that wasn’t the case which really wasn’t a problem because it was only about 10 minutes early but the issue was rude. Was the person giving my mother the injection was and the pharmacist at one stage if my brother was having a problem. The pharmacist came out and said what your problem is that the way you speak absolutely rude my mother came home in the right state. She’s 78 years old. She was crying and really upset of the way she had been treated upsetting me a lot as this is the NHS and if you can’t handle the elderly, then maybe they should not be authorised to do these injections. I definitely will not be taking my parents there again and nor will I once again the only reason I gave it one star was because that was the only reason I could put a review in my review is zero star because that’s what they deserve right now. I’ve got Mother that is very upset crying the way she’s been treated and not willing to go to her next appointment which is at Queens which we’ve been waiting for six months so I really hope they have a lovely day and a lovely weekend. I definitely will not be visiting this pharmacy again.

   Rude staff. Constant mistakes with prescription. Again, rude asf (especially the old one with the glasses) staff. Lack of communication and responsibility. Messed up my mothers prescription for YEARS.

   They fail to follow GDPR and confidentiality policies and procedures providing you with other customers personal information when dealing with medication. Didn't want to take accountality for it, only 30 mins into the conversation. Notice after they cancelled my prescriptions from going to their pharmacy

   This is the worst pharmacy in Britain for sure. The people working there are absolutely horrible. They are so rude and so nasty, it's just unbelievable. If hell has a pharmacy, this is it. They simply don't care, making life threatening mistakes, having no control whatsoever, they simply won't accept how bad they are and won't take any responsibility giving the completely wrong information. Nobody wears a mask in there, like there's no pandemic going on at all. I wouldn't be surprised if they are anti mask and anti Covid conspirators. Avoid that place at all cost if you want to live.

   Really helpful staff and always go out their way to try and help. Seating area for waiting for prescriptions and shares a car park with Barling Hospital so plenty of spaces.
