   I have consistently had a poor experience with the pharmacy inside the Tesco at Chadwell Heath. Every time I go to pick up a repeat prescription, I’m told to return in 24 to 48 hours, but the medication is never ready on time. They also never call to confirm that it’s ready for pickup. If you try calling them, the phone is rarely answered, and if it is, the staff seem uninformed and unprofessional. Overall, a very frustrating experience.

   The pharmacy department at this Tesco never answer their phone! I have tried calling many times a day for three days now and it just rings continuously before cutting off. They don’t even provide the option to leave a voicemail. I’m a disabled person and need to check if my prescription has been received before I make the journey. I won’t be using this pharmacy anymore and have found a smaller chain who always answer my calls and are actually very helpful and knowledgeable. As my dear nan used to always say “Good riddance to bad rubbish”, bless her soul and shame on you Tesco! I’m also going to do all my shopping at Asda and Sainsburys from now on! A.P
