Really bad service. I went in to pick up antibiotics for my 11 month old but as they were closing in ten minutes the lady said she will not serve me as its closing time and apparently they “did not” have the antibiotics in stock. Very bad service considering they are supposed to be a pharmacy and they do not have any antibiotics in stock.
Rude, gloomy and unhelpful. It looks like they don't even bother to make any effort or try to help. Also quite often out of stock due "suppliers shortages". I went to another local pharmacy and seems that they have better suppliers and more profesional attitude.
I have never know a pharmacy to be so unprofessional! How are they still running? They never have medication in stock. Some of the staff can be quite rude and nastey if you question when will they have your medication in stock.! They never EVER answer the phone, despite the amount of times you call repeatedly, so you have to travel there just to be told they do not have your medication. And also the amount of vulnerable elderly people I have heard them turn away due to not having meds it is just unacceptable. This has been going on for atleast 10 months now as far as I’m aware. I’m not the one to leave reviews but it’s the forth time in 2 months they have not had mine, my sons and my partners medication. It’s just appalling! I’ll be changing my pharmacy from now!
I have eczema so I need ointments for it and when my parents or myself try to call them they never answer and most of the time they aren’t busy. I have called almost 17 times just for no one to answer. I haven’t been able to get my ointments for six months now because they don’t answer my calls and many people have similar complaints.
They never have the medication required, highly unorganized and always loosing things andHanding out wrong medication to people. Be prepaired to be waiting 20 mins even tho your the only one intheir. If theres a cue, come back later. Youl be there 45 mins for a 2 min job.
This pharmacy have worse service,and attitude ,you always have to wait 15 min when someone come and say how can I help u ,most staff rude ,for 4 year used this pharmacy ,don’t want anyone ,I understand they can be busy but when people coming they should say hello give me 5 min I will be with u ,never only one blond girl doing no one else ,and when they given the medicine, will be different brand,they should ask if it’s ok to use u ,never ask ,after u need to go to gp and ask for new prescription and explain why ,with out explanation they told u come and collect other day they will be delivered,when u coming tcollect said we don’t do delivery,u always walk-in couple time to find out u will receive or not receive medication so disappointed what local pharmacy can’t be used because of people who work the
Dr referred me to this chemist, they don't answer the phone and don't do anything for you when you get there. They didn't know anything about my referral either. Absolutely useless place that could do with some new staff. I'd recommend going to oxlow Lane instead.
I am on repeated prescription and every month I have to make three or four trips to the pharmacy to remind them to order my prescription and I always run out of prescription because they don’t order it on time. I think they need a new management
I registered with them and got my medication for six months. Yesterday I came on to collect and the women said I am not registered with them. She said contact my GP. I did. GP said they didn't request by the due date which they were supposed to do. I went back and she said it's my fault for not requesting. I explained again that I am apart of the scheme when my nominated pharmacy sends out my medication for me. I signed paperwork giving them permission to request on my behalf. She wouldn't have it. Told me to call 111. I was so upset and worst without medication for my health issues. No empathy just got told that I am a liar. Then she hung up the phone! I'm going to get medication sent to another pharmacy today. Feel distraught they can treat sick patients this way with no care. The women was so arrogant.
