   the most unresponsive pharmacy with a child I’ve been waiting for a long time 9 and it’s not open They don’t give me medicine, they are rude, as if you came to their home and not to the pharmacy .must sit with the child in asenic weather in London. that they are always late and can’t spare my recipes. when the road is open at 8 o'clock. please look into the negligence or I will write a complaint above

   Nice pharmacy, usually less busy than the other one on the other side of the road at the top of the hill, it is also larger and less cramped inside this shop with more products on sale and so makes sense to use this pharmacy over the other

   My prescription is never ready they say the doctors not sent it, my doctors tell me the chemist never put in request just had same issue again funny thing I called my doctor and suddenly the chemist has put in a request I called the chemist back and told them they will kill someone, they talk like they doing me a favour we will lend you some till the prescription comes through, really poor service

   Staff can't really be asked to serve you no matter if for medical reasons or for their UPS service. If you work in a pharmacy but don't like serving people maybe this isn't the job for you! Also prices are slightly higher than next door. Also masks aren't worn!

   Review is not for their pharmacy service but as a collection point for UPS. It's wrong place to be UPS access point as just to drop a parcel you need to wait 15-20 mins because they are looking for medicine for patients before you like any other pharmacy. Access point should be a quick service not one where you wait 15-20 mins just to drop parcel. Staff doesn't seem to bother that I was there just to drop a parcel and ignored eye contact. This was my first and last time I visited this as I waited outside without even dropping my parcel and got late from work. Would not recommend it if you want to drop UPS parcel here.
