   Terrible customer service. The kind shop assistant signalled I would need to discuss my query with the pharmacist and called them over. There were three and not one of them acknowledged me whilst I stood there waiting. It’s a shame Britannia Pharmacy (across the road) doesn’t have long opening hours.

   THIS PHARMACY IS RUBBISH! IN 10 YEARS, I PiCK UP MY FULL PRESCRIPTION JUST 3-4 TIMES. Everytime i have requested my prescription they never requested to my GP and I was late with my medicine.Always something is missing from my prescription.There are 7 people working there but they are not capable to do a prescription.I have to do more than 1 visit to take my whole prescriptions.

   The worst pharmacy ever — avoid at all costs. The way Supercare Pharmacy treats patients is absolutely unacceptable. The staff, especially the pharmacist, are rude, arrogant, and completely unhelpful. There is zero professionalism and no sense of care or responsibility toward the people who rely on them for essential medication. They act like they’re doing you a favor just by answering the phone, let alone helping with a genuine issue. Do not use this pharmacy — they are the last place you should turn to if you actually need support.

   Terrible experience with Supercare Pharmacy. The pharmacist was extremely rude and unhelpful. My dad, who is highly diabetic, was struggling to get his medication. I called for an emergency supply, but the pharmacist refused to help and spoke in a very arrogant, dismissive manner. No empathy, no professionalism. Avoid this pharmacy if you expect even basic care or respect.

   Absolutely useless Lie about ordering your medication. Call in advance they say they have your order and it will be ready when you get there I've waited nearly an hour for my perscription. Get home and they haven't put in my insulin!!!!! Cause they haven't ordered it!!!! Don't worry i will just rest up in a coma

   Great chemist…. Iv travelled from afar on a few occasions to get urgently needed medications from here. The staff are lovely too!

   DO NOT GO TO THIS PHARMACY!!! Don’t waste your time and energy, the staff is very rude and Impolite. They will never listen to you and keep on saying it’s your fault, pathetic customer service. I wish I could give them zero star.

   It’s nice because it’s 24hrs but the prices here are literally double for what you’d get at another pharmacist e.g something that should cost £3.50 is £8+ I say only come if it’s an emergency

   Feels like this pharmacy withhold medication that patients really need. Without too much detail, My 81 year old Grandfather, has been without his medication since Thursday even though it was scheduled to be dropped off to him and expresses that if anything were to happen we should know why! This happens quite regularly with super care pharmacy who are apparently open until midnight but are a nightmare to get a hold of. Please show a better quality of care to your patients and there loved ones, I understand times are hard and uncertain but this is definitely a HABIT now!
