   Visited today 12 March 2023 around 12.30 pm. Asked to speak to the pharmacist who was behind the counter …. was told by the pharmacist that there is a 20 minutes wait to speak to him! Seriously !

   My daughter booked her hepatitis B vaccine in Lloyds pharmacy, Chadwell Heath, on her day off. She received a phone call 45 mins before her appt, to say it was cancelled, because it has to be done in hospital! Totally wrong information, and their website should not allow appt to be booked, if the service is not available.

   This place should be not allowed to serve patients. The pharmacy is under lnew pharmacist management and nothing improved. The pharmacist claims is not trained to sell specific medicines and was unable to provide the detials of alternative pharmacy when I can get them. Had to drive 40 min one way to get my prescription. Also it happened twice that was given not ordered medicines with the package with my name on it. Can cause serious trouble to someone who is not focused.

   Probably the worst customer service in the whole London. I had to wait to be served when clearly the lady seen me and other two customers waiting! They were 4 of them all together. Such a disgrace! When it was my turn and I've asked the lady what I needed, she answered me straight away "I am afraid we don't have it!", I had to point her where the medicinals were. If you think those people deal with people health, please avoid, go to Britannia Pharmacy instead, just two steps away!

   This pharmacy has no right to stay open open. These rude people act badly once you tolerate, twice you ignor it, 3 time and you start thinking why in the heaven these people are to open and run a pharmacy at such a busy place. I never let my gp send my prescription here but hp made a mistake again and I am calling a d calling and calling and these condescending shameless Peopleton bother picking up the phone. 7 calls and each time they turned down the call

   I have very nice experience with Lloyd's pharmacy in Sainsbury Chadwell heath. I am an occasional customer but always find staff have been nice and helpful, especially Shahid who goes out of the way to help. He is very polite and professional. Always find him knowledgeable in terms of advices.
