Staff is very friendly, get a nice warm welcome by a hijabi girl(not sure about her name). The process was very quick.
The male pharmacist is a miserable old man. You walk in and he gives you a look of disdain. As for the blonde shop assistant, such a rude little woman! A customer asked her if there were any other pharmacies nearby and she muttered "how should I know! I'm not the yellow pages" They have posters up about supporting your local independent pharmacy but I would never go back there even though the poor excuse for a pharmacy is on my doorstep.
I've seen some bad reviews for Mim pharmacy and really don't understand why! I was with Lloyds pharmacy in Sainsbury's for many years until they closed, but on occasion when my son and I had problems accessing prescribed medication Mim Pharmacy came through for us. When Lloyds closed down we switched to Mim pharmacy and haven't looked back. Their customer service is amazing with a very personal approach. We have a rubbish G.P service and I have a fight every month for essential repeat prescriptions which is truly stressful (St.Edwards Medical Centre). Mims Pharmacy are always so supportive and I can always rely on them to chase up my much needed medications to take away the pressures and stress. All staff here provide a warm welcome.
The folks at this pharmacy are so kind, and do what they can to accommodate, often going beyond what could be expected. I'm often not in a great place when i collect my medication but they're always good to me. Wonderful people
My local pharmacy where I collect repeat prescriptions on behalf of my elderly mother. Staff are always friendly and professional. Waiting times can be extended but this just shows how popular and necessary this pharmacy is. It's nice to see that independent pharmacies are still managing to compete with 'big pharma' eatablishments. You get a real personal feel when you visit.
Had a covid booster booked. Very quick and efficient. Can't fault it
Rude staff. Handed me 2 boxes of paracetamol didn’t bother put in paper bag. Pharmacist was under 18 and was walking up and down the store asking main pharmacist if he was doing the correct thing. I am dyslexic and was not given instructions on how often I should take medication. Additional medication had to be ordered in to pick up the next day. I came the next day to pick this up and was told this medication had not been ordered and will be reordered again. AVOID
Communication skills are on point helpful staff alway making sure the right medication is given checks are on point too . Can’t fault it at the moment and a pharmacy like this it’s what England needs Bad points is the clutter and it needs a modern clean environment. Keep it up
I've been using mims for several years now on a regular basis for the anti coagulation clinic they provide. In that time I have become very impressed with the service they provide, not just with me but for everyone requiring assistance. I have found Tariq and his team to have an assured and friendly manner often on first name terms with the public. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
