    The gentleman serving me seemed clueless . I had to repeatedly tell him my name and kept getting it wrong even when spelled out ! . Then he told me that my prescription wasn't there but another colleague managed to find it. I feel unsafe for myself and others that people with this level of incompetence are allowed to work in this pharmacy ! Surely someone like this shouldn't be working in a pharmacy .

    Utterly reprehensible service. Man serving me was incompetent in every aspect - did not understand what product I was asking for over the counter behind him, genuinely seemed as if he had never heard of the painkiller I was asking for that I could see in front of me. Picked up the wrong kind, then could not use the card machine without help from another member of staff. After he handed me the item once I’d paid, I noticed it was the wrong kind and tried to point to the correct item that I could see (he could not see it…). I offered to just buy both kinds to save him the hassle of having to refund (when he could not use the till properly without help). This was not allowed as I was not allowed to buy two different painkillers. Made such a fuss of having to refund that in the end I just gave up and accepted the item that I did not want. Was told that my rude attitude would not be welcome back in their store - what’s most mind boggling is that they genuinely believe I would ever want to return when their workers are not only inept but also lack literally any modicum of customer service. This ‘pharmacy’ is not fit for the purpose!!!

    Whenever i try and call the pharmacy, i NEVER get an answer. my nan is disabled and replies on the pharmacy delivering her medication. or me getting it when i am able. I've tried to call on separate occasions and never get an answer. my nan is house bound so when she cant get through she CANNOT walk down to get them. Disappointing service. Not helpful for their disabled patients.

    Dreadful! They may aswell not have a phone at the pharmacy because they never answer it, I've tried calling over 60 times all morning with no luck. As someone said below you will be dead by the time you get through to someone, there is no urgency at this pharmacy. Edit - I just went down to the pharmacy after work and the shutter is down and a note on the door stating they are closed due to staff shortage, Unbelievable.

    This pharmacy has gone from bad to worse. Every time I go there, they are closed. I tried to get away from them by transferring to Boots at Bluewater. they made a total mess of that too.. 3 weeks later, I am still without my tabs. Mine are only prescription vitamins but I feels sorry for anyone who really cannot be without their meds. Avoid Well Pharmacy at all cost.

    If I could give zero stars are would - staff are absolutely useless - totally incompetent and they are allowed to dispense medication! I now have to make a fourth trip there to sort out their mess!

    Used to be such a great chemist, now most of the staff are rude and have no idea what they are doing Not only have I been sent the wrong medication on a few occasions, they have now lost a medication that I was supposed to start on Monday, it’s now Thursday Assured me they would have it ready for me today, get there and they are closed ahead of time How can a head pharmacist not be aware of where my medication is ? Dangerous pharmacy in my opinion!!!
