   First visit large pool. Easy check in.plentyof parking. Surrounded by beautiful green park. Main pool was OK. Temp ok. But shabby around the edges. Lifeguards pleasant and helpful. Booked for lane swimming and allocated a lane but main pool was filled with kids. Half pool split off and had 1 girl doing a swimming lesson in half the pool. Had 4 lanes open and over 25 kids so not ideal and not sure would return. For the kids looks great..changing rooms good and plenty of soace and lockers...worth a visit with kids but not for adult swims.

   They decide when you pay, either the 1st or 17th of every month otherwise they make you pay more for fitness and welll being, They are money grabbing scumbags. To hell with Sefton. The staff are also ridiculously rude. Need a change of pace in this establishment and get fresh new welcoming staff.

   The pool and the surrounding areas around it are filty dirty . No hats required lots of hair in the pool so disgusting. Slide flity too Changing areas filty plaster and stagnant water in areas . I was honestly horrified by it all . Such as shame as a great pool for kids . The outside needs a good clean up also.

   Excellent gym. The staff are lovely, and They're always willing to help. Always tidy with excellent, well-kept facilities. If anything breaks, it won't be long before it's repaired. The pool is perfect, and I've never had an issue with hygiene. Changing rooms are regularly maintained as well. Only down side is that it closes early on weekends, which isn't ideal, but apart from that, everything is perfect. Their is plenty of classes and activities for people to take part in. All in all, it's a wonderful community to be a part of and would recommend it to anyone of any age especially if your new to the gym theres plenty of people here to guide you and are willing.

   My son (6) does swimming lessons on Saturday morning. The coaches are phenomenal. They build an amazing rapport with the kids, and the progress made each wake is astounding. Such a professional and fun environment in which kids can learn.

   I used to come here when I was younger for my swimming lessons, My brother does swimming lessons here now following in our footsteps, and I’ve come home tonight to find out that my 7 year old brother nearly drowned whilst there was 3 sets of eyes on him, so that’s 9 eyeballs and not one person could see that he was nearly drowning and screaming for help, to the point where my mum had to run down from the balcony to go and save my little brother because the incompetent staff (they don’t get to privilege of being called instructors) because after tonight they should all hang their heads in shame and thank the god above that I wasn’t there. I’ll be in tomorrow for a discussion and we will be taking further action. Hang ye heads in shame bootle baths, absolutely disgusting

   Great staff for swimming lessons! They are really engaging for the kids, the progress made in just a week is fantastic, there’s a ‘lazy river’ water shoots to keep the kids entertained and finally inexpensive! Thanks and we’ll see you soon!

   Gym is great however glasses are now nearly all virtual. Took toddler swimming during holidays and he loved the whirlpool it really helped build his confidence however, I’ve been told this won’t be running during term time to save money so only big pool open, no access for toddlers to use baby pool which is a real shame! Some people don’t want to take the little toddlers swimming whilst pool is chocker in the evening. As a member I pay over 30 quid a month so it really isn’t fair. Water is freezing in the main pool to the point the babies lips went blue.

   All good, very good induction with one of their instructor. Very professional and good advice, fantastic facilities for all ages and fitness levels.
