   This is a beautiful place for organised sports events, for walks and family activities, and for taking the dogs out. Unfortunately, its beauty is somewhat spoiled by the rubbish left behind by people with little regard for others. The organiser, or perhaps whoever is responsible for this area, doesn’t make it easy to keep the place tidy either, as there isn’t a single bin anywhere on the whole field.

   Was visiting family and fancied a workout with my cousin. The centre kindly allowed a guest to accommodate me. The gym is relaxed and the very cool temp makes the workout enjoyable. All the machines work and the gym is fresh and clean.

   A big sports park which caters for a number of different sports, football, athletics, rugby etc. Good facilities. The parking can be a nightmare though. Lots of space to park but if you get in the main car park, especially at the back, expect a long wait to get out of here.

   Great gym, although quite small. Do wish their was more benches and less cardio equipment however-seriously, how many treadmills and bikes do you need? Anyway, great gym nonetheless. I’ve been going here for a year, and within that time I lost 23kg. So even with it’s lacklustre weightlifting department, it does and will forever hold a special place in my heart for being the place I went from fat, to healthy. The BIGGEST issue, is the type of music they play. Seriously? Smooth FM? Classic music? Sad-love songs? I’m working out, not a funeral. Forgetting my headphones is the worst feeling whenever I walk in here. You simply cannot exercise with the music they play here. If you wanna have a good workout, bring some headphones. Please just play some more “upbeat” music. Some Kanye West never hurts anybody…

   ‘Maps Short Reviews’ Astro recently upgraded to 4G; I love the staff here. Gym is great. Good track and bike track (tracks are 1/4 mile long each). Free to use except gym depends what you are doing and the circumstances.
