   Amazing chemist! Such lovely people who always do the extra mile to help came from Harrison’s chemist in erith where they were rude and alway had to wait 30 mins to hour for a prescription to here where they deal with it instantly! Glad we moved over

   Owners were rude to me about me buying over the counter solpadeine plus soluble tablets. I told them that I have had a life changing injury to my left knee where I fell and a displacement of my tibial plateau fracture which I under went 5 hours surgery in June 2023. And it's left me with a metal plate and screws and still in Alot of pain even 2 years on I get frequent co-codamol 15/500mg in a box from my doctor but had ran out of them so I went round to this place to get over the counter and they didn't want to serve me them. I told them my history and showed them my medical records of my NHS app on my phone but they still was rude towards me and told me that they are never going to serve me any over counter again! It's disgusting. I will not recommend them to anyone. If I could give zero stars I would. Ken and suki knew me well and knew my history but these new owners don't. It's not the same anymore. I miss Ken and suki. R.I.P Ken. Miss you ! Love becky baby. As Ken called me.

   Sad to see that Suk has gone ,best wishes to him and his family. New management had to take over at very short notice. But despite having technical problems and losing the phone line, service has been very good.

   I don't like the new owners. They make you wait for two hours for your prescription when most of it is in clear view. I don't like the way they've made the place look either. Plus they've sky rocketed the prices too. I don't see that staying open for long. Everyone loved Ken and his Son. Ken would not be happy with how his own business is being handled right now.
