Long wait times and shortage of medicines, however, there is a lovely girl at reception, extremely pleasant and friendly! She made my day nicer!

They never pick up the phone, the wait times in there are silly. I waited 10 mins today to be told when I got to the front you can’t collect your prescription as pharmacist not here so there was a big queue and we ate all waiting to pick up a prescription as we got a text to say ready and they didn’t think to tell everyone in the queue to save them waiting 10 minutes to be told everyone was furious. I only given 2 stars as the staff themselves are not rude or horrible just not efficient

Absolutely terrible service. I have stage 3 COPD and they sent me a text to say I have medicine to pick up, my car has broken down so I can't get there. I've tried to phone all morning and they haven't picked the phone up. Now I can't get through! I'm now reporting them to the Health authorities as they'll send my prescription back and I can't get there to pick it up and nobody is picking the phone up so I can't inform anyone!

I went to this chemist about 4months ago because of the poor service nearby. The prescription service here is the worst I've seen in 65 years. Apparently they close at 7pm. Sometimes they do, but it's not unusual to be closed by 5pm without explanation. Supposedly they text when your prescription ready, if you wait for that, you'll wait forever. But go in, and they ask if you got a message, then you'll have to wait 30 minutes, as its "not ready" Ok, come back 3 hours later, and it still takes 20 minutes, as "it's still notready". This is yesterday, I can't be bothered to list another half dozen reasons why you'll waste your time going here. Doesn't matter how patient you are, this lot will wind you up, and ruin your day.

This is an excellent local pharmacy. The staff are always pleasant, kind and considerate. They are great at offering you alternatives that may be better for you. They also stock many items that are helpful and practical every day. They have experienced pharmacists and have provisions for drop-in assessments in a private room. The shop is well laid out, bright and easy to navigate. You are always greeted by a staff member with a smile, extremely helpful and knowledgeable and provide outstanding service. Definitely a cornerstone of the local area. Well done.

They don't seem to care at all. They received a prescription from my daughter's GP. I called them to ask I was told it's been ordered will I can collect next day after 11:00. Apparently she didn't order, I walked in next day but she asked me to come tomorrow as they didn't receive delivery that day. I walked in next day another lady told me the same. I left my mobile number to call me back but didn't receive any call for next 4 days. Then I walked in again, they had the medicine but didn't bother to call me. I told them everytime that my daughter needs this medicine immediately but took 8 days to get it. Staff is confused all the time and they aren't trained properly. Never again!

Went there today as 111 advised me to get a consultation from the pharmacist. The pharmacist was a piece of work. Was a really nasty person to talk to. She decided to do the consultation right there on the shop floor in front of other customers.. And then after I described my symptoms she just said there is nothing she can do. She offered no advice at all. She was so miserable. She shouldn't be allowed to interact with the public.
