   Upmister Road branch been very rude so place formal complaint online three times had the receipt 6 weeks ago three times no reply and emailed head office no reply. Not very good customer service all round. No wonder staff are so rude when no one cares. Won’t ever be going in that horrendous place again. Awful way to treat poorly people just out of hospital after being critically ill.

   If I could give zero stars, I would. This is by far the worst pharmacy I’ve ever encountered. The staff are either completely unhelpful or downright incompetent. I was told to return the next day to collect my prescription, only to be told it hadn’t arrived—and that they’d call me when it did. They never called. After several days of silence, I rang them myself, only to be told it had arrived—without so much as an apology for the delay. To make matters worse, waiting inside is unbearable. The heat is stifling because the owner or manager refuses to turn on the air conditioning. It’s genuinely dizzying. As for customer service—forget it. Do yourself a favour and go to the Boots pharmacy down the road.

   Exactly same experience as Orli describes only that I now have no EpiPens to give to school for my 7 year old. Have been waiting and visiting them for a month a half, each time being told bluntly that they don’t have it. Eventually I requested that a new prescription is issued so came to pick it up today but of course, they never requested a new prescription from a GP, I have been simply lied to. Still, no epi pens. Avoid!

   If I could give zero stars I would. The Dr prescribed 4 epipens on two prescriptions. I arranged this a month before the other pens were supposed to expire. The person at the pharmacy filled half the first prescription before telling me they didn't have enough pens! They have done this to me before. I have now waited a month for them to still tell me they only have one more in stock. I've had to go back to the Dr and ask them to give me a new prescription. This pharmacy will half fill a prescription so they can get the money for the prescription, even though they know they don't have the full stock. Not ethical. This is dangerous when you are dealing with something like Epipens. I will never go to this pharmacy again. Steer clear!

   Two speeds in here slow and slower. 6 behind the counter the other day waited ages for a script. 5 behind the counter today and they still got the script wrong, when I eventually got served ! Awful

   By far the worst pharmacy in the area. They say that they have the prescription but not the item, then when you call back they say that in fact they do not have the prescription. They leave it until last minute (when GP cannot be contacted) and they advise you to call 111 instead. They also take your number and promise to call back while they “investigate” but they never call. One time I was told that the reason of my medication not being delivered is that they only received it from the supplier that day, when I got my medication the day on the box said 4 days ago!!! Avoid if you can!!!!

   Whenever I go there for anything, they never have it. It’s not even unusual things: aspirin, medicated shampoo, Difflam spray are examples.

   I've always had an excellent service from them. I wasn't able to get a private flu jab this year, but it was easy to arrange the free one as soon as I became eligible.
