    This chemist is extremely good. They have the flu an covid service. The staff and owner are kind and understanding. If they haven’t got the stock you need. They will order it in for you. Their knowledge is brilliant. I would recommend this chemist highly.

    What an awful and rude man (the pharmacist I presume) is. NHS got in contact with me about flu and covid injection. Gave this chemist as an option, not within walking distance but a short bus ride away. So I arrive to be told haven't got covid booster. Can have flu today come back next Saturday for covid. Whilst contemplating what I would like to do. He pipes up not in a nice tone with "it isn't necessary to have the two together." I know that but it's my choice I relied. He didn't seem to like that and loudly said "oh my god". Told him he was rude and had made my mind up for me. I then left. No people skills whatsoever and not keeping their website updated so people don't waste their time. Will never go back there.

    Owner greedily only seems concerned about his pharmacy generating more profit. Always seems like there is a new employee here all the time as people keep leaving/disappearing. On the bright side though the employees are very kind and professional, especially Su.

    One of the employees called Daisy fitted a 24 hour blood pressure monitoring machine this weekend. Throughout the process, she was very professional, courteous and knowledgable explaining how the machine would work and what the next steps would be. I hope the owner recognises her potential because staff like Daisy are far and few between these days.

    I had to move from Rowlands (as they've shut), to This Chemist... And I'm really pleased that I'm with this chemist.. I order my stuff from the Doctor's, and two days later its ready for pick up from BURDESS.. The staff are excellent, know the patients by their Name, extremely friendly, helpful, and all in all by far the best chemist I've registered with.

    The manager (owner) is extremely rude and unreasonable.. He seems to only care about his pharmacy generating more revenue. The rest of the staff are okay but would still recommend going to a better pharmacy down the road called Rowlands.
