The Staff are extremely helpful..I walk with crutches ,they help with my prescriptions. The staff are pleasant, knowledgeable , better service than my other chemist
Poor service, 4 days after prescription was with the pharmacy, still no medication delivered. Even though we spoke to them 2 days ago and they said it would be delivered at the latest yesterday. Would NOT recommend this company to anyone and suggest doctors take them off of their suppliers.
Went for a flu Jab which had been booked for 3/4 days. No record of me booking, showed them the nhs confirmation. Staff told me they were out of jabs and thought it was amusing i'd wasted my time and told me to go to the walk in centre who don't do flu vaccines. Unprofessional, unhelpful and poor communication skills.
My personal experience here has always been good. Everyone is friendly, kind and very helpful. I've heard people complain about them but I've not had a bad experience there, ever.
I have always found the staff at Crescent Pharmacy to be very helpful and friendly, great service, sometimes you might have a bit of a delay in your appointment but to me that just shows that it’s not like a conveyer belt, pharmacist is always very thorough and so helpful and goes through everything with you to put your mind at rest and I personally would not go anywhere else
Cannot recommend highly enough. Needed pain meds urgently & between crescent and my GP got sorted & delivered quickly & efficiently. Thank you so much
Rubbish service. I have never had such a bad experience in my whole life. Stay away!!!! I have been waiting for more than 40 minutes now and they lost the paper I have written my name and DOB on it so they can pull out the prescription. What a nightmare. My kids are waiting in the car freezing.
The old lady sorting the medications is very rude. She thinks I can’t hear what she is saying to me. That i can siy outside if my medication is not there and i was explaining to her that i rang last week that my meds is ready except the sensors someone said is ready then i asked my brother to pick it up for me twice said its not there the. I rang them today this morning and they said it will be ready between 1 - 2 pm but when i asked someone said is not there and i explain again and the old lady said she does want to argue which i am explaining to her what happened. Very rude
Medication left on my letterbox, not for me, the driver obviously didn't read the address correctly. This is very irresponsible. I have tried many times to ring and let them know, phone either rings for ages or I get cut off, really disappointing.
Absolutely shocking pharmacy asked to order cream for my toddler and a month on they say its not ready. Too many workers who do Absolutely nothing for customers. Staff always bringing their kids to work which is not convenient and some staff are rude. No one is organised or takes control so it one Absolute mess.
