   Staff are miserable. So rude,seems everything is an effort for them to do. The lady margorita I think her name and the pharmacist in charge on tonight’s shift they shouldn’t do this job is their not happy. Not even hello or thankyou

   They never pick up phone. When you try to use other options and someone picks it, they pretend they don't hear you and disconnect the phone.

   Rude, doesn't care. Pharmacist was smiling to my face telling me that one item needs be ordered and made me to wait 20min me to hear this. I said I will go to another pharmacy. Pharmaciest said they returned my prescription back to the system, but they have not as the other pharmacy could not release the items and they said the prescription has not been released yet evidence showing on NHS site. I can't drive 30min back to Tesco to complain. I need to contact the Dr who prescribed the meds or ask my GP to do it on Monday. Extremly frustrating.

   AVOID!!! Since transferring over to this pharmacy I have had nothing but issues. They never answer the phone and it takes them over THREE WEEKS to get my medication in stock. I have never had this issue with any other pharmacy. They are rude whenever you do actually manage to speak to them and always say they’ll call you when the medication is in stock and they never do. Absolute shambles of a ‘pharmacy.’ Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere

   Went to collect my sons prescription for a severe tooth ache in whixh he was prescribed antibiotics. 4 staff members sitting chatting told me to come back after 20 mins. 30 mins later still chatting when I made eye contact with one of the staff members he proceeded to tell me it should take too long! It won't take long if you stop your conversation and serve the customers.

   Have been going here for years. Always had a good service but is now going downhill. My doctor's surgery sent the prescription on Friday which the pharmacy confirmed they received on Saturday, which is obviously when it was downloaded by them. This was still not ready by 3.30 on Tuesday and I had to wait for the medication. Not a good service.

   I was unable to get a certain drug from our normal pharmacy and telephoned Tesco Pharmacy, I spoke to the Pharmacist who was most helpful, checked and confirmed he had the drug in stock, held it for me until I drove to the Pharmacy, it was waiting for me when I arrived, I cannot praise the service I received any higher they gave the best service I have ever received. Thank you for your help.

   The pharmacist is not helpful. I was asked to wait for Pharmacist to be back from toilet. Eventually, they said that they don't have, and they don't even provide an order to collect later. Please avoid this pharmacy!
