The actual pharmacist is lovely and polite, however the blond lady with the foreign accent is extremely rude and abrupt. She's a sales assistant and yet goes on like she owns the place.
Dreadful service. Ignore the phone then take it off the hook after calling for an hour because they cant be bothered picking up. Take over a week to prepare a repeat prescription neglecting customers health and putting them in danger. God complex…… just because you think you can play god doesn’t actually make you gods! Joke establishment needs closing down use the pharmacy opposite
Great service and very helpful staff
Been in few times had my Pneumococcal vaccine cost me £70 at the time because of the NHS had no vaccine available and a flu jab booked in collected my prescriptions few times overall I can say I'm satisfied with the service.
Just cancelled my flu jab for this afternoon, being self employed and having to organise work schedules it’s not very helpful. Why ask to book appointment when they know they do t have the staff!! Perhaps a phone call the day before would have been a little more helpful
Friendly staff; good range of products. The condoms were far to well hidden however, and I had to ask where they were. Which isn't good for anyone who needs them, but wants to buy them discreetly.
Well's organize my repeat prescriptions which is great - I just call and request the items then they deal with the GP and text me when the stuff is ready . It would be even better if I could email my requests and this would greatly reduce the number of phone calls that the staff have to deal with Keep up the good work :-)
