This good pharmacy ,just one thing ,I been there twice last year This year too ask for a flue jab, and both times I have been told that they only have jabs for, 70 yr old and this year ask my age when told them, I was told that they only had jabs for 65s only, both times I was too young,I am 60 odd, so yeti again no flue jab, so why do advertise flue jabs available and tell the public what age they can jab. But still a good pharmacy

I was there yesterday to buy medication and I told the problem to the pharmacy and they start laughing. That's not the way to treat customers or the patient.

Worst pharmacy ever seen. Give me the wrong medication and didn’t apologise, nonsense talking, no refund given. Never recommend this pharmacy to anyone else!

My daughter has an ear infection so I booked a pharmacy first appt. Booked this appt at 7.30 am for 11.50. Get there and i am told to wait. Wait to then be told they don't have equipment to do ear exams on kids. Why is this option even available. Why did nobody call and inform me. Why was I waiting if they can't even offer this. Asked what I'm now supposed to do with a sick kid and was told to go and wait in a walk in centre. Absolutely disgusting service to drag a poorly child there for nothing. They clearly do not care.

I think the main issue at this pharmacy is that it’s not a community pharmacy, but rather a dispensary, which is made clear by the customer service here. I’ve seen the responses from the owner to some of the reviews but how can you keep receiving the same reviews and then allowing it to continue - you clearly don’t actually value or act on the feedback. It’s not malicious, it’s your customers trying to have a decent and respectful experience within a community healthcare setting. I hope things will improve over there.

This pharmacy never opens on time you will be waiting more than 15min outside even though they are meant to be open at 9AM. They make people wait outside in the freezing cold and their staff arrives late mostly too!

I have been using this pharmacy for the past 3 years, some staff are friendly while others find it hard to even just crack a smile. Anyway. For the past couple of weeks, a new person has come on the till and has told me on 2 occasions my child’s prescription has not been sent over by the Dr and was absolutely adamant. Only after requesting to double check, she found it. She didn’t even bother apologising. It doesn’t cost anything or do any harm in accepting your mistake and apologising for it.

Poor time keeping often close early for lunch and late back . Not a professional approach to business or customer care.

Have been using this pharmacy for the 5 years or so and have recently been having issues. My prescription gets automatically sent to the pharmacy, and all they have to do is get it ready. On several occasions, my medication have come back wrong, or prescription incomplete. My baby was also given medication which had already expired. I took it back once I realised, and the pharmacist was rude. She argued that the medicine was not from their pharmacy. Once I showed her the label, all she said was 'sorry' and started to teach me how expiry date doesn't necessarily mean that it's not edible. I have since stopped using this pharmacy.

Have been using this pharmacy for nearly 20 years now and have always found them to go above and beyond in what they do to help. Once, I was running late and a staff member waited outside in the rain after closing time to give me my medication. Another time, the pharmacist quite likely saved my life after examining a small red patch that came up after a biopsy and recommending that I go to the walk-in centre. It turned out to be the very early stages of a nasty infection. The walk-in clinic gave me a letter for A&E to bypass triage, and I ended up being kept in for three nights on IV antibiotics. If I hadn't seen the pharmacist, I would probably have left it as it was only a small, slightly warm red mark.
