   Long queues - they tend to miss or forget your prescription. Staff are cordial at best. Some are quite nice but most are just there for the sake of it. They don’t answer calls quickly - long wait similar to when you go to pick up medication.

   This pharmacy Asvacare in Rush Green i have been using to collect medication for 5 years i have never ever been there and come out swiftly every single time you go in for your medication you are waiting no less than 30 minsutes it’s absolutely horrendous i hve 30 mins lunch time and sometimes and hour and you go there wether its empty or a long que you are are just waiting there! The staff are polite and respectful no problem with staff but the way they work are slower than snails. It’s appalling the way they take their time and issue the medication something needs to be done about this and a suggestion box in the chemist is needed as they are taking no notice of customers feeling and opinions. its been 5 yrs not a single time i have gone in and come out in 10 mins even with no other customers in there discusting!

   This 2 review may be a little harsh, as the pharmacy itself is fine. The staff are decent and I’ve had thorough advice from the pharmacist who took the time to speak to me. My poor review here is for the fact that this pharmacy is a huge eyesore. The owners of this pharmacy when it changed from Safedale to Asvacare haven’t invested a penny in the appearance of the building. This pharmacy is a prominent storefront of Rush Green shops and it drags the area down, which is already rapidly declining. The graphics in the window could be replaced at relatively low cost, yet it is left like this making the area look like a total dump. A message to the owners: please invest in the appearance of your pharmacy. It’s an embarrassment

   Have been going here for over 30 years and they have always been helpful. Recently I spoke to the pharmacist regarding a health problem; she spoke to my gp who was concerned and gave me an emergency appointment. As a result I received appropriate medication within the small optimal period of onset. Very grateful!

   I've been using this chemist for nearly 22yrs and although I don't live near it anymore I was making the effort to drive over for my prescriptions. This chemist is open from 9am and is open until late week days 7pm, another reason I like this chemist. There has been a change of staff at this chemist over the last few months and not for the better. I popped into this chemist on Monday this week only to hear the on duty pharmacist talking about a customer which happened to be me to another colleague. I will not be going back to this chemist, very sad informed my GP to send my prescriptions to a different pharmacy today.
