   Quite possibly the most unhelpful people dealing with a prescription wrongly written by my dentist ,I understand it's not the pharmacy fault not mine neither but refuse to talk to my dentist on the phone to explain what to do is unexceptionable and the matter of fact attitude from staff was horride,I have reading and writing difficulty and with no empathy from anyone in the chemist .

   I note previous comments regarding prices but, I recently paid £11 for Zovirax cream, then found it on line for £5. I appreciate the overheads of a business, but this mark up is far too much. I like to use local businesses but must consider price differences, and will do next time.

   Compared to other Pharmacies in the area it is like travelling to the future visiting this Pharmacy. They appear to be very well stocked and are always fulfilling huge amounts of prescriptions - that automated stock room is impressive! I have found the staff in here to be friendly and polite. Really nice too that it is a family run business.

   Gives the appearance of being interested only in the NHS prescription business especially as so close to the GP surgery. Despite the proximity I have experienced a number of instances where there is a breakdown in communication. I have received numerous meaningless nonsense texts from the pharmacy. I have discussed with them but no improvement noticed.
