My regular pharmacy. All ways helpful and a handy text message to let me know when my prescription is ready.
Absolutely awful! (Only giving 1 star as google wont allow me to put zero stars!) After a hospital visit I Waited 2 days to pick up a prescription, 3 lines for basic asthma meds. Told none in stock and suggested I go to another chemist as they did not know when they will be available, I took the slip to a new chemist only to be told they had given me a token and NOT the prescription. I have now have to go back and have the prescription re done. Update, my wife popped back the next morning only to be told they had everything in stock. Pharmacy claimed I would not wait! Rubbish, I had been at work all day and queued up at 5.40. I now know you close at 6 so guess you wanted the queue gone. Lady in front of me was told her meds were not In also. Not sure what you told the rest of the line.
Month after month of problems.. repeat request are never ready , on the due date constantly chasing them up.. never answer the phone...
I have been trying to get through to the pharmacy since 18th August, I am missing some my meds, I find very hard to get to the Dr's so am now panicking that will run out.I have logged my calls and have made 68 calls every time the line is busy. Not happy.
After the phone ringing off 20 times and needing to ask only a simple question, I've decided to go for 1 star. I can only imagine how an agoraphobic would be going through if they wanted to phone and check on their meds, forced as am I to make a long journey just to ask a question.
Very disorganised. They do.not answer their phone And people in the queue moaning that their medication is wrong. Stay well away and you can complain to NHS ENGLAND
