   Today I’ve received an online order (490361952) and I’ve got a unsealed baby cream; I’ve contacted customer service and they kindly offered me an exchange or a refund for the product . I’ve opted for an exchange and I’ve been advised to go in any store to return the “damaged item” which I’ve tried to do today in Boots South Ockendon but without any luck due to the very rude store manager Sanja. I’ve tried to explain the situation but she interrupted me with a horrible attitude in anything I was trying to say. I’ve tried to explain that I only came to return the item because customer service advised me and she said “she doesn’t care, that is between me and them” and also she said she can’t find the item in the order after trying to show and explain her several times the reason why I am there. I was very patient but seeing that she had a continuously horrible attitude I’ve decided to leave, it never happened to me to go in a store just to return an item without asking for a refund (because it already has been resolved by customer service) and being treated like that by a store manager! I don’t understand how some people can be managers having such a horrible attitude and being so rude.

   Staff more interested in talking with each other than serving. They never answer there phone. Rang the number while I store and they ignored it. Forgot to reorder tablets and never send out reminder texts. Picked up tablets staff asked for name and address and post code 20 sec later about to give me tablets and asked for name and address and post code again. Hate going to boots staff so rude and unhelpfully.

   This is a small Boots, they have most things for everyday use including a pharmacy and prescription collections. The service could be better, very slow moving staff and limited on knowledge. That said overall, this is worth a visit. I use this Boots for prescription collection and anything else I go to a larger store.

   Warm & Polite. I visited this branch of Boots last week. Felt unwell and a staff member served me quickly whilst discreetly asking if I needed a seat. I was fine but it was so nice that someone cared. Think her name was Vanya - blonde lady.

   I found the lady who served me to be rude for trying to rush me out of the shop all because it had closed i was still wanting to purchase items though i want able to finish off purchasing all my items. The receipt says debbie though her name badge was something else i can not remember..
