   Have used this pharmacy for years, staff are always friendly and helpful. I appreciate since Boots have closed it can get very busy and this sometimes causes problems, but Staff do the best they can to help everyone. Had my Covid injection there this morning, I was seen quickly and efficiently and was given the injection without any pain and was given very good advice by the gentleman who dealt with me.( sorry I didn’t ask for his name)

   They don’t have a clue about customer service. Unfortunately my GP dispenses the prescriptions to this pharmacy. They told me to come after couple of days. When I went there, they kept me waiting and told me that they dont have the medication and asked me to go to another pharmacy. I went to another pharmacy only to find out that Hemants pharmacy has locked my prescription. They are just getting away with this type of customer service.

   I'm writing this review today because I find myself yet again struggling to get my prescription I've used this chemists now for the last 6 months and each month there has been a massive drama trying to get my medication todays episode took over 2 hours I would advise you to avoid this chemist and find yourself another like I have.

   This is a pretty well stocked pharmacy, given that there are issues with supply at the moment across the country. They always seem to try their best for you, and pharmacist always available for advice.

   Went to get some dressings as I sliced my hand open. Staff came to assist as I must have looked confused. I was introduced to Nina who had a look at my wound. She was brilliant and cleaned me up before recommending a trip to minor injuries. Staff here went out of their way to help and I'll fully recommend going to see them. Great Pharmacy!
