   Awful...I always wait at least a week to collect prescriptions...when I turn up still told to come back in half hour...always items missing...told they haven't been able to get this item for months...I've been getting it from them for 18 months..certain staff( not all) very unprofessional...the shop itself looks like it's been looted...today was my last using them...I'm going elsewhere..also my medication needs to remain refrigerated...its always sitting on the shelf

   The team when I went in yesterday were bad mouthing other customers, quite loudly. When the lady who was serving me asked if I pay for prescriptions, I said yes, very politely and with a smile, when she then said "it's yes, please" quite rudely, then smiled and laughed, confusing me massively (even though the answer to that question does not require a please). Quite unprofessional staff

   The new girl that Served me today has no experience, empathy, and no understanding. She don’t even understand private and confidential. To top it all she is trying to school me and trying to put me in the a box, she doesn’t have understanding of equality diversity. She looks down on people. With her attitude she is not keeping up the standards. She has no customer service at all very super slow of the slowest to upset and she well aware that am in rush, it took almost 30 minutes to get my medication together, of which I know she is trying to get me upset and I told her that I have an appointment in the hospital she is trying to stress me.
