   Really gone to pot since they were taken over.Have had to visit 3 times to get a repeat prescription.Today I had a prescription for dizziness. 3 tablets a day for a month.They only had 28 in stock.Also on Monday ordered a prescription for amitriptyline.It is now friday.Told not in yet.On the plus side the pharmacist is very friendly and helpful

   Not open on time, 1 lady worker was there but not informing those waiting outside why the doors were locked and just left us waiting. Was because pharmacist is late again. I waited 20 minutes to pick up a repeat prescription then left as had things to do. 4 other people did the same. Not great!

   Absolutely terrible, tablets never ready on time despite placing repeat prescriptions in, they tell you they will be ready for collection then when you go for them they don't have them ready, constantly understocked Would seek alternative chemists

   Absolutely awful service , a disabled lady I care for was assured her prescription would be delivered today called as essential medication hasn’t arrived only to be told the delivery driver refused to deliver and it isn’t their problem she will have to come to collect . When explained this wasn’t possible and meds needed to be taken as over due so asked what they could do to rectify this and was basically told nothing It will be delivered tomorrow . Assistant/ chemist denied any responsibility for the driver they employ in what world is this of any help . Disgusted in the lack of human decency………..

   Was supposed to have next day delivery of my prescription as they had to order it in, 5 days later I went in to get it myself and was told they had forgot to mark it for delivery. First and last time I go in. I tried to phone them on several occasions but they never seem to answer.
