   Awful pharmacy. Make you feel like a nuisance for requesting a prescription / collecting (sorry for asking you to do your jobs). Takes hours to get through on the phone, hang up on your constantly or rings off the hook. They ignore specific phone numbers as I’ve called on the landline multiple times and been ignore, only to call seconds later on a different number and immediately got an answer. I once tested this while in the pharmacy and witnessed them pick the phone up and immediately put it down on me. They complain about customers openly when you’re in the waiting area picking up prescriptions. It’s taken over a week for them to prepare prescriptions for an elderly relative with a terminal condition, to only then try and blame the Dr for not sending across when it’s been confirmed days prior that is has been. Staff are extremely miserable, rude, unfriendly and unhelpful (Debbie & Sharon). Avoid and go elsewhere.

   Absolutely brilliant service . I’ve lived in the area for 42 years and the staff of the Burntwood Pharmacy have always gone the extra mile for me when needed. I had a severe back injury a year ago and they arranged for delivery of my regular prescription meds to be made to my door when I couldn’t even cross the threshold. Thank you so much, all the staff at the Pharmacy and the delivery drivers also .

   I have been with this chemist for a number of years. To day. Wednesday 29th May I have been phoning since 8.45 to see if my prescription was there the phone rings And then you get cut of you hear them pick up the phone and cut you off This is not the first time this has happened it’s done all the time It never use to be like this . What has happen to this chemist I cannot even give a good review

   I was 50 miles from home and had run out of some medications. I tried several the larger local outlets first without any success. This pharmacy had all the medication that I required. The staff were all absolutely amazing and as helpful as they could be given the unexpected problems I encountered with the National Health Service !

   Extremely disappointed with the service of the elderly female counter assistant (did not give her name). Unfortunately there was an issue with their prescription system where they said my prescription was not on the system. Having then checked my nhs app, called my GP and my local pharmacy, who all confirmed prescription was sent night before (3 sources of verification), and then provided me with the NHS spine number, and the exact time it was available on the spine. As soon as I came back to pharmacy minutes later, it had ‘just been sent through now’ apparently, despite the date of prescription on paperwork being the night before, which they handed to me! Thoroughly disappointed as when I mentioned this to the counter assistant, she became very aggressive with a rant on how I’ve apparently called her a ‘liar’. This was extremely unprofessional on her part and she kept on interrupting me without letting me complete a sentence, and then demanding to not be interrupted herself. A pinnacle of the NHS is the service provided and I was shocked at the lack of adherence to NHS standards on communication to patients. I would suggest to avoid this pharmacy at all costs as there are many other more professional and clinically capable pharmacy services locally. To ensure reliability and validity of this review, I am happy to be contacted regarding this, and would advise the practice owner to review cctv of this incident, as I suspect it is not an isolated one.

   This pharmacy and its staff are outstanding. I consider them part of my elderly mother's care team because they are so helpful and provide such a personal service. If only all pharmacies were as good as this one.
