   Absolutely terrible. GP sent over repeat prescription for baby milk over a week ago, when I go the pharmacy they say it needs to be ordered in! But they’ve had the prescription sat there for a week. When I phone a week later I’m told the item hasn’t arrived and they’ll have to reorder (probably wasn’t even ordered in the first place). Luckily I always order way ahead before running out, but this is my baby’s food! Whenever I try to phone, they don’t answer the phone. Don’t seem to care at all.

   Never have pre ordered prescriptions release and requires a wait of at least 20 mins. The prescriptions have been approved 2,5,7 and 14 days prior to collection but it makes no difference they are still not ready

   Dreadful service. Grumpy unhelpful staff. Avoid if you possibly can. Asda should be ashamed to have such people dealing with their customers. Three different visits (unfortunately) - each time the same miserable rude service.

   The only redeeming quality is it's open late. Other than that they're always out of stock and incredibly slow with serving customers and that's when you're a repeat prescription they've had for days. I'll be moving my pharmacy as it's genuinely the worst I've seen in a long time. No stuff show any compassion and you're lucky if you get an apology. A shame really as it used to be good.

   Always problems with this pharmacy. My husband went in today to pick up my prescription renewal and they said no prescription yet (odd, but ok), so I asked him to ask for a few days supply of one tablet. Nope. They said that my last prescription was on the 9th August, so no. Ah, but they only give 28 days supply, so actually, ran out yesterday (day 28). Nope. Had to call 111 and go to another pharmacy. Don't answer the phone either. Going to move to another pharmacy once this mess is sorted out. Was really brilliant service for years.

   I went to Asda pharmacy yesterday and was very impressed by one young lady called Roxanne who was very understanding, patient, kind and helpful as she took the time to help me and took great care of me and gave me good advice of how to manage my condition and help to reduce the symptoms. She was very patient and understanding towards me and very knowledgeable I was treated with kindness and respect and I saw that she does her job from the heart and has care and compassion for other people and their well-being.

   Staff very unhelpful and rather rude. Wouldn't release prescription when directed to by NHS 111. No stock of a specific medication and wouldn't give any extra information about when it would be in stock again. Absolutely useless. Won't be going there again!

   Recieved a text to collect my medications and when I arrived a few days later. . Staff spent 30 mins looking for it and gave up told me to come back next week which I cannot do as work and only get weekends free to collect . Looking at the collections shelf behind pharmacy it looks like a better system is required . Pretty terrible service . Will update if it gets better UPDATE : another 30 mins later total time 1hr They tried to re do the prescription but then didn’t have half the items - so now asked to take my script away to get fulfilled elsewhere. And now waiting again to see if they can do that as was digitally sent !

   i asked for medication for a 9 month old child for cough it, not only that, doesn't have it! i still told to look for AZDA myself! HAVE YOU COMPLETED MEDICINE? Because according to you I had to finish

   Handy to get evening prescriptions made up when most other pharmacy's are closed. Was asked to come back in 15 minutes but didn't mind as there was plenty in store to pass the time. It's good to be able to incorporate getting your medicine while doing your shopping.
