   Order shipped on 23rd of September and delivered on 1st October from Kent, UK to Goolwa in South Australia!! That's not express that's faster than light speed! In Australia parcels from interstate only 800kms away can take two weeks, Express Chemist managed to get my parcel 20,000kms in eight days - UNBELIEVABLE!! Thank you so much Express Chemist, you guys rock!!

   Very poor service. I understood that bank holidays may be excluded in 24hr postage. But come FOUR days later and I haven’t received serious products I am fuming. I paid £5+ to get it next day which clearly hasn’t happened. They tried to justify it by delivery from dispatch not order which should NOT ( be the case as advertised. ) don’t bother!

   I used Express Chemist as I needed next day delivery for an urgent medical issue. I tried a couple of others but at checkout they didn't have certain items in stock for next day delivery. The Express Chemist website took the online order and asked what delivery I would like. I chose next day delivery and paid the substantial extra to get that delivery. The company took my payment and I awaited next day delivery. I waited in all day, and it didn't come. I eventually contacted the company to be told that they didn't have some of them meds in stock and therefore did not send out the order. They did not inform me of this. They have also refused to send me reimbursement for the extra I paid for next day delivery. This is terrible customer service, and I urge you not to use this company.

   IF YOU WANT TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK FROM THIS COMPANY, SPEAK TO THEM FIRST & IF YOU GET NOWHERE WITH THEM THEN RAISE A CHARGEBACK WITH YOUR BANK / PAYPAL - THE MORE PEOPLE DO THIS, THE MORE LIKELY THEY ARE TO LISTEN BECAUSE PAYMENT PROVIDERS WILL EVENTUALLY STOP WORKING WITH THEM (IF THEY HAVE ABOVE AVERAGE CHARGEBACK RATINGS) & DESTROY THEIR BUSINESS! I placed an order with them, nothing arrived, despite tracking by royal mail saying it had been delivered... I decided to speak to them by email, they said they were in contact with Royal Mail and it was taking a long time for them to get back to them... Not my problem! It has now been 75 days since ordering and I still have heard nothing in regards to my money or goods, I even told them that I was planning on raising a chargeback with my bank if they didn't sort it by the end of play today and they didn't even seem to care! I have spoken to my bank to try and get a chargeback raised and I hope to receive the money from either the merchant or the bank. UPDATE The merchant ended up contesting it by providing the same tracking details that they gave me to say that it had been delivered (it might have been delivered but not to me), anyway, the bank contested it and I got my money back.

   Paid for quick delivery (1-2 days). Took more than 3 weeks. No reply to my first chasing email. Second email sent through PayPal. Still no reply but the items were posted soon after. Completely unreliable, uncommunicative and unhelpful. Avoid if at all possible.
