   I give one star because I can’t give zero. I was told at 13:15 it would be half an hour to dispense, went back and hour and a half later and still not ready and then proceeded to wait half an hour plus when told it would be five minutes, service has gone totally downhill and definitely looking into other options.

   Fantastic service, prescriptions always ready on time with no stock issues. They are well organised and lovely to speak to, unlike Boots in Grays where I moved my prescriptions from.

   Got there at 16.17 and there were two ladies in front of me. After a few minutes I asked them if they had been served the lady at the front had but the lady in front of me hadn’t and had been there for at least five minutes before me. We could see people working in the back blatantly ignoring us until 16.27. When someone came out they tried to fob us off with we will be shutting at 16.30 can you come back then which me and the other lady refused. After another wait whilst the pharmacy was shuttered up I eventually got my wife’s prescription at 16.40. The pharmacist tried to say that they wouldn’t normally do this and I wouldn’t normally been able to get the prescription but I told her that I could have stood waiting and had the day before when the prescription wasn’t ready but the lady then had served me in under a minute and my frustration this time was due to being ignored. After claiming they hadn’t she I eventually left. This is the worst experience I have had there but most of the time the staff are okay. Whilst I acknowledge they’re having a refit I don’t think it justifies being ignored then fobbed off.

   Why won't they answer the phone? I've been calling every day for a week. I was here a week ago to pick up medication and they could only dispense some of it. They said they'd call me when the rest has arrived, and they haven't. I call every day, three times a day, and they don't answer. PLEASE can you help me?
