   The music and atmosphere are good but it’s so badly organised and they only seem to care about money. Went into the Steinbeck & Shaw entrance for the free tickets and none of the staff even knew about them, we went through the door to Pryzm and no one even cared about us or scanning our tickets. They advertised a load of shots 6 for £15 including jagerbombs, I queued for 15 mins at the bar to be told “oh no it’s only corky’s in the deal”, so false advertising really. Later in the night, I ordered 2 vodka and cokes and they only had lemonade at one of the bars (because they’d run out of drink on tap so had to use warm bottles and cans, which has happened several times). A bit of a joke for a club that charges £7.60 for a double, that you have to go to different bars for different mixers and get served warm drinks with no ice. They also had barely any bar staff and they don’t even open the second bar in Vinyl anymore even though it gets just as busy. It’s clear where their priorities lie - they only care about making money now. Shame as this used to be a really good club

   Awful !!! Bouncers are ridiculously rude and racist. Got kicked out without giving a reason. Went there again and they didn’t let me in. They can't even refund the fee of tickets.

   Absolutely VILE security staff. I spent my birthday here, first time going. We had a table everything was fine until me and my friend accidentally fell over as we was wearing heels. Next thing I know me and my friend are being dragged out, down the stairs very violently by a security guard with dread locks. He pushed me down the stairs, backwards my pony tail hair extension was ripped out of my hair, he called me names and was extremely abusive. I am covered in bruises and cuts I am shocked and disgusted. To pay £300 and get treated like that, he also abused my other freinds. HE IS GOING TO GET FIRED THIS IS TOTALLY NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!!??

   I came at 11 and thought the the crowd would get busy by 1 am but the security gave a random CHECK and were almost successful to accusee for bringing drugs in the area and accuse me for everything I shouted that get my blood test and clear me out or i would call police, they let me go for the false accusations I wpuld never go here Definitely racist club

   After reserving and paying 200£ for a table, first time I go to the bar and they serve me 2 glasses of hot water(waiting in the queue for 20 minutes ) Second time (being very hot in the main room could barely able to dance) to get a bottle of water(hopefully not again a glass with hot water like previously) after waiting in the queue again for 30 min (people coming and pushing themselves in front of us and being served as well but us still waiting in the queue) I told the barman that is not right for everyone being served and us waiting for 30 minutes he told to his colleague to do not serve us just because I told him the truth . At that point decided just to leave being so thirsty nearly at the point to faint . Is not possible to have this behaviour in any workplace, surely not in a club . We just wished to party and be treated well but all we’ve got was disappointment and need to leave (being as well our friend birthday

   Dj was sit. They are so stupid, they throw one of my friend outside without any reason, who's birthday on that day. We are going back without enjoy his birthday. When we were asking them, what was the reason the security does not want to explain any reason to us. We are strongly recommend everyone do not go to this place. We all are working as same place so we are understand very well how to work and what types of behavior is acceptable or not. So, we all recommend do not come to this place for spending your money as well as time. We will also suggest our other customers at our work place, don't go there. Thanks again we will never back to this place.

   Honestly, I don't understand what some of the reviews are saying that I read before last night. Arrived at 11pm and had no problem with the bouncers, they scanned my id and walked straight in. A truly fantastic night, brilliant vibe and atmosphere. People there friendly and easy to talk to. Always good music and can choose from many different rooms for different music genres. Main room was absolutely buzzing all night, non stop dancing and partying. Only negative for the night is drinks can be quite expensive when buying a big bottle, other than that an amazing night.

   This place is quite big. There are different floors playing different kinds of music. But there was a stench of mould coming from all over the club. Entry is quite cheap. Make sure you don't were Adidas and Nike as they have a door policy.
