    Horrible work. I paid £115 for repairs and “luxury” laundry at their Selfridges London branch, and these are the results. I honestly don’t recommend them at all, a complete waste of money. Even the staff were confused when I went to collect my shoes on the pickup date. They told me they weren’t due yet, even though the date is clearly written on my receipt. It was obvious they only worked on my shoes on that same pickup day. I’ve attached before-and-after photos so you can judge for yourself.

    I brought my New Balance 530s here. They came out looking great, no complaints there. The reason I’m taking a star away is because instead of 7 days, they took 14. I’d understand going a day or two over, but taking twice as long with no communication, I’d probably look elsewhere next time.

    I brought in my Dior bag to get the strap fixed, and honestly the whole process was more frustrating than it needed to be. The first employee told me I’d get a call on Tuesday with an update, but no one reached out. I called Thursday, and nobody seemed to know what I was talking about. They said they’d call me back in 20 minutes—two hours later, still nothing, so I had to chase them myself. Eventually I got through to someone who actually knew about the bag. He said he’d sew the strap and have it done in 7 days. That sounded fair, but 10 days went by with no call. Once again, I had to be the one to reach out. When I finally picked it up, I paid £40 and hoped that would be the end of it. Unfortunately, within a week the strap started coming apart again. After all the waiting, miscommunication, and money spent, it feels like a waste of time. Not the worst people, but the lack of follow-up and quality really missed the mark.

    took a pair of converse , for my son. I thought they are beyond point of salvage, but wanted to try before final goodbye. These guys did amazing job as evident in photo. Very professional service, the person who received them explained me and showed me whether doable or not. Highly recommend their service.

    Fantastic service. We received great customer service after my son spent all his bday money on old trainers that needed resoled. I went back to complain but quickly learned that these guys are lovely, absolutely not looking to just squeeze money out of people! Thanks for a great service. Will definitely be back.

    Really disappointing shoe repair service. Found the lack of communication really frustrating - I would have appreciated a message saying that my trainers had arrived and then another saying they were finished and would be sent back. There was holes in the back of the shoes which have been ‘repaired’ by covering with a suede patch which makes it difficult to get them on your feet. The rest of the shoes were cleaned but definitely wouldn’t use again.

    My trainers went in such a bad state that I had even considered binning them but they were returned to be looking out of the box new. Everyone is incredibly friendly. They also have a very nice coffee shop. Can not recommend their services enough.
