   Delighted with the service. My car wouldn’t start so got help to get it started then drove up to the Livingston store at 4.30pm. I asked if they could replace my battery as it was over 8 years old. Michael who served me could not have been nicer and said I could go for a wander while they replaced and they would call me when the car was ready. Within 15 mins my car was ready. Great service thank you Michael

   Went to Halfords Livingston today to have a headlight bulb replaced. Kieran attended to this task with a smile despite the awful weather. What a pleasure it was to be served by such a friendly & polite young man.if only all shopping experiences could be this good. Thank you Kieran, much appreciated.

   I visited the Livingston store to purchase new number plates. Your employee, Hazel, was very helpful and efficient. Although she was training a new team member at the time, she provided excellent service by assisting other customers while preparing my plates. The process was completed promptly, and I was highly impressed by her customer service and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Hazel is a valuable asset to your organization.

   Ordered parts online on Friday morning. Online said they would be available to collect after 11am that same day. Went to the shop about 1:30pm and the parts had not been delivered to the store. They said they should be in later that day and to phone to check. I phoned about 4pm and the parts still had not arrived. I was told by customer service I would be contacted whenever the parts were ready to collect and they would be ready on Saturday. No contact from Halfords on Saturday, Sunday or Monday morning. I called customer service about 2pm on Monday afternoon. They checked with the store and the parts were there to pick up. When I picked up the parts I was told that they had been delivered on Saturday. Meanwhile no one contacted me by email, text or phonecall to let me know this. The website should not be saying that parts will be available to pick up in 1 hour, when they clearly wouldn't be. The order update showed the items were being picked in store, when they weren't even at the store The items were available for collection and I hadn't been informed they were. This is my first experience of an online order from Halfords, safe to say it was not to the required standard. The positive from this experience was that Hazel, in the store and the person I spoke with at customer service were very helpful and sympathetic.

   I wanted to share a really nice review for Hazel in the Livingston branch. We have come into Halfords a couple of times over the last 6 months. Each time assisted by Hazel and each time feeling completely taken care of. I’ve felt at ease dealing with Hazel. No question Ive had is ever a silly question. Hazel is informative and really listens. Twice now she has just been really helpful, I’ve left with what we asked for and she has an understanding way about her that makes you feel like nothing is a hassle and she’s ready to figure it out. And it’s not just about the “sale”. Friendly and helpful. It’s because of you, customers like us come back. Thank you.

   Bought a bike from Halfords, and from going in to enquire to the day I collected the bike it was a great service. Euan was very helpful, answered all the questions I had and also helped to load the bike into the car. Would highly recommend them, great customer service and staff.

   I brought our poorly assembled little girl’s bike into the store (that wasn’t bought at Halfords) and the service I received was exceptional. Both Lisa and Kyle began work straight away and within 10 minutes the bike was correctly assembled and safe to use. Helpful, professional and very well informed when it comes to bikes - they could see straight away what the problems were. Fantastic service - I would highly recommend this store for all your cycling needs.
