   I booked T2 £40 lounge by mistake then rebooked T3 £44. I was assured that the £40 would be refunded. I have tried to contact them since 6th July, I cannot get in touch wih anyone. I would appreciate if someone has direct contact details.

   His reception was very bad. America did not know how to deal with her, and her tone was very surrounding of the Indian nationality. On July 8, 3 and a half, I hope that she will be more polite in speaking.

   Transatlantic flight. Staff was okay. Airport was large. Announcements regarding flight were loud and clear. Boarding was timely. Free periodicals and magazines in stands dispersed throughout. Clean toilets. Better than most U.S. airports I've had to fly in/out of. Plenty of shopping options. Overall clean, and positive experience.

   Very poor. Crammed. Roasting hot and very sticky atmosphere. Poor selection of food. We didn't stay. Really disappointing indeed.
