I used my credit card and entered through the Mastercard Travel Pass application to enter the lounge. The food that was served was alright, it was not the best and it was not the worst, it was eatable. But for a international lounge you would expect better than this. There was a coffee machine and some soft drinks and the food in the buffet.

It's starting to look a little dated. Access is poor with very unhelpful staff on reception. Inside it's spacious and lots of areas to sit although seating isn't very comfortable. Food is good with excellent selection including gluten free options. Cold drinks if you don't want alcohol is very average with juices not topped up often at all. It needs a refresh and staff need training in customer service. This is a very busy lounge so you must book in advance to avoid being turned away

We had had paid extra for pre booking (to ensure entry) and waited at reception for a number of groups who were paying on arrival to be booked in. I was surprised the lounge was taking walk in arrivals as I could clearly see the lounge was packed. Upon entry into the lounge, I noted there were no seats available. Eventually I noted a table with three seats that was marked as reserved. When I enquired with reception when they were due to arrive, I was told it was a few hours’ time! I was able to persuade the reception staff to release it for our use Once settled down we sought out some food. I only wanted soup and found the soup urn was empty and no bowls were present. I waited 15 minutes for a refill, but none arrived. I went back to reception to note two female managers were identifying to the reception manager a series of issues they had identified in the lounge. Despite standing politely by them for some time, and obviously seeking to speak, none of the staff asked how they could help. I eventually interrupted them to identify the lack of food and utensils available. One manager went into the kitchen and produced a bowl for me. No apologies or pledge to rectify any issues. 10 minutes later the empty soup bowl was finally replenished. The range of available warm food was really disappointing. My daughter had Mac and Cheese (which was not tasty in any way) and had to use a small plate due to a lack of bowls etc The condition of the toilets was appalling. Two had broken door locks, one had no toilet roll and both were in a filthy condition. The general airport toilets were cleaner and in a better condition The decor was pleasant and if not so overcrowded would be nice place to while away some time (just don’t raise your expectations of the food and service) This was our first ever visit to an airport lounge and something we had pre planned to enhance the start of a special family holiday. This was a huge disappointment at the start of a special trip

Food choice VERY limited Food quality low and bland Service is very poor Queues of people waiting 10 minutes for plates Soft drinks missing syrup, just dispensing water No glasses for drinks No mugs for hot drinks Food often missing as not replenished I spoke to the manageress twice, the first encounter was to advise her that soft drinks were unavailable, and no glasses and after she beckoned me to talk she then curtly told me she was speaking on her headset. Rude and no way should customers be treated this way. There were queues of people waiting to get in, with staff that are not coping this will lead to further dissatisfaction. If you reply, please provide email and contact details to send formal complaint to, paying for this was frankly a rip off and appalling experience

Wonderful staff and accommodation before my flight. I stayed for a couple hours. Love the view of the planes. And private areas. Food and infused water quite grand. Adults only is also a plus. I will come again. Thank you!

A short queue to enter. I was asked if I had any allergies. Signs on food bar items indicate vegan, vegetarian, halal. Three of the salads were vegan, and four of the hot dishes plus the soup were vegan - thank you! I enjoyed an Aperol spritzer from the bar. Two infused-water jugs are self-serve at the bar. The space was busy but not heaving. Staff come by frequently to clear away dishes. There are alcoves, side rooms, workstations and a large open space with large windows to watch the aircraft coming and going. I had booked online in advance.

I booked this lounge during a long layover at Heathrow and it was the worst experience ever. Half of the things listed on the website as amenities are not available. You are assigned one seat - cannot choose - and have to stay there. For someone with back issues looking for comfort, the regular airport was much more comfortable. The bathrooms were disgusting - dirty and smelled awful. The staff was rude. Food and drink was good but for what I paid for the lounge I could have purchased a feast. Would not recommend.

Lounge looks really nice, but they have very limited food options. They are strict with their 3 hr policy. I personally think their seats are all pretty worn-out and should be replaced. Similar in food compared to the other priority pass lounge (Aspire Lounge), this location is a little more central.

I was fortunate to find space here for my flight from Terminal 3 of London Heathrow. Service and staff both met expectations. There weren't many vegetarian options; they only had curry and rice, and both of their curries weren't vegetarian. The staff was adamant that nothing could be done. The bartender balanced the experience well. Overall a decent experience, but it could have been better.

Well what can I say. I would not go here again. We walked in & it was packed. It was breakfast time. There was 3 portable Bain Marie's one with sausage/bacon one with egg & one with Beans. That was ot for a packed lounge that is quite big. It was like warm food. There was a Tea/coffee station. A Bar with all Bottled beer so warm that people just left them. We ask for a glass of wine, well talk about half measures. The glasses were small which was not a problem, but when they only half fill them it makes you laugh even wine wasn't cold. Really not impressed & certainly not worth the money.
